Pros +
- Great place ... excellent staff
- Staff was polite and helpful. Had a noise incident during the night and it was dealt with promptly. There was no air conditioning. Thankfully the staff found me a small fan so I could sleep.
- It was clean and being a smaller city I found the location for the price very good. It was very safe with all the outside cameras.
Cons -
- I am grateful I had a room on the ground floor. I have arthritis and would not have been able to do the stairs. The mattress was saggy, however I did manage to get some sleep.
- Everything was perfect
- Bathroom was very clean, recently remodelled, but could use some safety improvements. Senior guests (and others) should have grab bars in the bathtub and shower.
