- The location meant we could watch the ships entering and leaving the harbor. It was beautiful at night.

Cons -
- This hotel was very dirty. Our bathroom floor was so sticky our shoes made nasty noises each time we lifted our feet. The public areas were especially dirty, including the hallways and elevator. A pizza box sat in the hall throughout our stay. Ick.
- Smoke-filled room. Conflict between Hotel patrons next door in the middle of the night.
- Badly decorated. Did not have a couch or table and chairs to sit at.
