Cons -

The people in the next room were up most of the night. They were not overly loud but I could hear their voices just taking throughout the night so I did not sleep well.
internet was poor at best rooms was not clean had a funky smell when we entered old doors and locks had to get desk clerk to open door as the door lock was old and did not work properly
given a smoking room, trouble with check-in (wrong room given), just overall not a clean place
