Cons -
- The carpets were horribly stained both in the rooms and in the elevator. There was nail polish on the door knob and the beds were uncomfortable. Whole hotel felt unclean.
- Carpet in the room was extremely dirty
- i booked a weekend trip for a family suite and when i went to check in the staff only could give me a business room. i paid over --- usd to stay in the suite and was greeted with a room worth half of that. they were unable to pay me the difference.
