Location. Our last visit was the sixth in 3 years.

Do- it-yourself bed making, ditto replacing of dirty towels by dilatory front desk staff. Rotting fruit 2 days at brkfst, (have photos). Blamed supplier, but mgr is in charge of kitchen Mgr response to poorly operating toaster oven. ¿Only 5 yrs old

Hotel inside quiet. Nice bkfst in am.

Our room was on the side of hotel where road was. Lots of road/truck noise.

Free breakfast & parking, close to many shops, Costco and parks, friendly staff.

The suite was big, clean, comfortable¿better than many 4-star hotels I¿ve stayed at.

Big, modern, clean bathroom. Lots of choices for breakfast. Much better quality that most.

Hotel was very clean. Bed was very comfortable . Staff was extremely friendly.

Road noise if you get a street side room. Not overly bad but I would maybe try a room on the parking lot side

Clean, quiet, great staff, front desk staff was over the top customer service. Nice neighborhood.

Nice lobby.

The windows are not openable. Even being able to open a window a couple of inches is helpful. So the fan has to be on constantly on either heat or cold and it still gets muggy with no fresh air.

Size of the room and the staff were amazing

The bath setup for there handicap accessible room. They have a bench that attchs to the tub which causes the water to go on the floor. A tub "chair" would fix the prob.

I was a bit disappointed at the pillows. I did not get comfortable on them :(

The Pool and Physical room

I was Hit in the chest Someone Next Door with a Gas IED Punch Device. I was then hit several times in Bed Trying to Recover before I could leave. The Force Left me Struggling for Air Raise the Bed off the Floor

Nice room (king suite), good sound insulation and dark overnight. Good price

Room was described as having a kitchenette omit had a fridge and microwave plus a sink but no cooking or eating utensils, plates, cups or glasses

Everything was spotless, the check in/out process was effortless, and the breakfast was surprisingly tasty. The staff were also really helpful.

There wasn't a thing that I didn't like.

Everything here was top notch. The room was immaculate and beautifully equipped. Breakfast every morning, which was delicious! Laundry facilities were excellent as well.Hotel employees, in particular were very kind and made my stay extra enjoyable.

Really there is nothing I could complain about. The only inconvenience was the elevator, which required a valid room key just to get to your floor, but for those that value safety the most, this is probably a good thing.
