The hotel staff was receptive and hospitable with all our requests, even odd ones. This created even more value for the stay.

The only things were that the shower stall seemed slightly small. May have been because it was a handicap accessible room. The other thing was lack of space to neatly store baggage.

We had an unfortunate incident. A large teen ager jumped in the pool purposely to flood the chairs where my daughters were. They were drenched and the shoes were filled with water. The father figure was oblivious and on his phone. Not your fault.

The front desk staff were not well-trained. Our basic questions about location of amenities and hotel layout were met with confusion. Our room was not stocked with towels, or any toiletries. At check-out, staff could not "get on the computer".

The room is modern and specious . Breakfast was excellent!

The pool was smaller than I expected. The picture is a little bit deceiving. However, my kids still had so much fun in the pool.

The hotel was super clean and upgraded with beautiful bathroom fixtures and comfortable bedding!The breakfast was great!

I know you have to have security but it was sometimes a pain having to use key to get places on elevator

It's a clean room with decent size. There is no fee for bringing pets!

The parking is a little bit confused at first. We checked out the room first, but the room key is required for exiting the parking lot. Hopefully, we asked the staff and got the room key back.

Construction site noise next door starts early goes all day. Parking gate was broken, so a hassle to leave every morning.

Brand new and modern. Room was big for the price and came with microwave and sink. Even includes complimentary breakfast.

The room had high ceilings so everything echoed. It was difficult to not make noise while our toddler slept. The overnight parking was costly especially since we have stayed in Redmond before where parking was included.

Cheap regardless of great building and good breakfast.

If Buthtub is there, no demetits have at all!
