The room was big, clean, smell good!

The hotel offers free breakfast on the site but after booking and arriving we were told that it wasn't included. We could complain to management later in the afternoon when they come in if we would like. I didn't come to Redmond to have to complain to --

Nice pool. Walkable to grocery store and restaurants. Convenient location. Good breakfast and nice lobby. Overall a nice place.

The coffee wasn't the best, both in the lobby and at the breakfast. You also have to pay for parking, Although we found street parking g for our second night. Otherwise great experience.

The Westin is charging us WIFI connections that I never heard of hotel not including WIFI

Modern styling.

I called ahead to say I'd be checking in in the early am. They assured me they would hold room. When I arrived, they'd cancelled my reservation and required me to pay another full night's stay. And they were rude about the white thing. Horrible service.

Lovely room. Very modern and sleek. The breakfast was also excellent. Just a lovely hotel.

The in-room coffee was terrible (they all are) but everything else was very nice.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk team member was super nice during check-in.

Prices increased from the last 2 weeks I stayed previously.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Easy access and parking. Good location.

Although breakfast was not included, they do have varied options available, unfortunately, most are for purchase(pastries, cookies and breads). Only fruit, chocolate candies and coffee are free.

The mattress is so comfortable and I love the modern design of the rooms. The shower is spacious. It is a no smoking site and gently uses a bright air freshener which I enjoy. I stayed in a "savvy" room, which has a great layout and some extra room.

They charge for parking, which is ridiculous in Redmond. The linens are starting to have that "used clothing store" smell. They need to mix that up somehow. The staff are really great and the housekeepers do an amazing job. Rooms need a microwave.

Unfortunately, the gal at the front desk blatantly lied to our faces during check in. She told us we needed to swipe a card to have on file, and that there would be absolutely no charge.We looked the next morning and there was a $50 charge.

The room was very efficient. I especially liked the shower and the room keys worked every time. Parking although costing $12 per day made me feel comfortable my vehicle was safe and secure. Same for the hotel and room accommodations.

No free eats in the morning.

Location, cleanliness. Bed was very comfortable. The lounge and food are excellent! Easy to park, reasonable. Very user-friendly place to stay. Will stay there again.

The pool did not look very clean. Pool area was not as lovely as the rest of the building. I love to swim, and choose hotels with a pool. I did not swim here.

Location is convenient but you have to pay for parking.

Our room was never cleaned, staff was rude and the hotel is poorly insulated and noisy. Staff has false advertising and they are terrible at customer service.

Skimpy on towels and amenities. Front desk/reception area was not welcoming. No ice, not much information about what the hotels offers. Small room.

I stayed here for 4 nights during peak travel season. Never once did I hear a peep from the neighbors or had any issue/trouble checking in or out. The room is what you expect for a hotel-- clean, good service. Clean rooms, clean gyms. Friendly and helpful

The design was nice. People were friendly.

My TV was not working. They offered to give me another room but it was late and I'd already unpacked. The refrigerator wasn't cold enough to keep my meds in. A key is required to use the elevator, not convenient when your carrying a bunch of stuff.....

It is a new building and everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable.

The food choices at the bar were mediocre.

My shower didn’t work and they moved me to a bigger room instantly. Super nice staff
