Very clean, close to everything in Redmond

Parking is expensive

They location is right in the heart of Redmond Town Center which means you could really walk to almost anything. From activities to food, its all right there. The hostess did upgrade us to the highest floor so it was very quiet and that was nice.

A hotel needs to invest in their beds and pillows. This is the main reason we are staying at a hotel is to sleep. The bed was horrible and the pillows super unsupportive. There was no shampoo left in our room and the heater kept clicking on and off.

The room was nice and big

I felt the front desk staff when I checked in was robotic. I just traveled 24 hrs after multiple delays and they were just rude and did not try to take that extra step to welcome me. It was just name, credit card, your in room 610. Just sad

Clean. Nice room. Super easy walk along a nice trail to Marymore Live.

Breakfast was overpriced and bad food. Wish there was an option for self parking.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Soap missing from sink, soap dish in sink, cord missing from phone which is a safety issue.

The details, while appearing nice to the eye, were not well done or thought through. No vent in bathroom, some lights out or flickering, shower door didn't close entirely, etc. Plus mandatory valet parking of $29/night.

Frustrating that you went back to valet, as self parking in garage was much more reasonable, and overnight street parking is limited. Too expensive for valet and the option to self park in garage should be returned.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable, and great location if you¿re in town for a concert at Marymoor Park. Adjacent to an outdoor shopping center with restaurants, a great book store, and lots of restaurants. Basic hotel needs were met.

Valet/secure overnight parking was $29.

Good price good location nice room

We stayed 2 nights and They did not clean the room, they told us to park on the ground floor then locked the entrance door on that level. My husband is handicapped and had to walk up a level in the parking garage to enter the hotel

The bed was comfortable

My room reeked of cigarette smoke and there were burn marks on the furniture. In addition, there was a suspicious stain in the bathroom that I had Someone come look at and was told it was due to the air ducts. It was not a huge deal, but dirty.

It was confusing to find the entrance from parking and what floor parking was on. The fridge made horible noise. Packed area with towels to make quiet. Other then that it was great

That is close to food/entertainment.

There were no signs anywhere regarding parking. No signs at the parking garage saying you need a room key, no signs inside directing how to get to garage. It¿s a hot mess and super frustrating.

rooms are quiet, many restaurants nearby; was here during the scamdemic so no amenities were open and had the entire hotel nearly to myself for 3 days

charge $15 per day to park; internet is also $15 per day; no microwave or hair dryer; need to request/schedule any housekeeping/towels; put me in a room without airconditioning on the 5th floor and impossible to open a window; no vending machines

They took my credit card and charged me a $225 deposit and didn't bother to tell me that they were going to take it out. It would have ruined my weekend if I had no money and it would have overdrawn the account if I didn't have the funds.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in was great. The valet always had our car ready for us. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very good.

Difficult to share my laptop to TV in room, but there was option to use streaming services built in.

Basically everything else. They didn't care about safety and if I could get a refund I would. I checked out a day early and wont go back to this hotel or chain again.

It had a good location and the room was clean. *But.. They charge 25% of the room charge for Parking, $28 per day in Redmond, the most expensive onsite parking in any hotel I have stayed ever! Usually it is 10-15 per day, because you are staying there!

Yes! They charged $28 for parking per day! This is Redmond, not down town Seattle, plus they had Staff valet park your own car, ***which means they needlessly get inside your car and every other persons car to park it during a Wide spread pandemic!!

Great location

stayed the night before and the room was stocked with the things you expect in a nicer hotel, but this next night none of those things were there in the room, none of it, not even a box of kleenex, or water or tea. Not sure why the extras were left out.
