Excellent location and access to downtown Redmond. The hotel is quiet and clean. Staff is friendly and professional. Easy parking.

It is one of my favorite hotels.

The staff provided excellent customer service and were always friendly.When we asked for clean towels they were delivered quickly. The location was convenient as our daughter and family live near by. Free internet

The room is rather dark. The corner by the closet could use some extra lighting. I think the room cleaning service frequency should be increased to at least clean the bathroom and fresh towels every other day for the price which we paid.

The location, staff, underground parking and room layouts are top notch!

Security, cleanliness, quietness .

It represents itself as a dog friendly hotel on your site and yet NEVER mentions A NON REFUNDABLE PET DEPOSIT OF $100. I HAVE PRINTED COPIES OF ALL MY PAPERWORK AND HAVE READ ALL THE FINE PRINT. MY 18YO SMALL PUP WENT WITH ME EVERYWHERE 12 HOUR STAY.

Very comfy bed and chairs, great bathroom and closet. Large room, great lobby and public areas.

Restaurant is still closed, but plenty of restaurants near by. Needs a bigger trashcan if guests are doing takeout instead of room service. Thermostat didn't do a good job keeping room temp.

The hotel is new and the room, bed are very comfortable.

Upon checking in I was informed of a previously undisclosed fee for incidentals. Upon using my card key to enter the room, a small piece of paper fell out informing me of an additional fee for parking. I'm handicapped & use the handicap parking.

No breakfast was offered I felt scammed.

No parking onsite do to a party. That was very disappointing and difficult. The staff were rude about it downstairs, then upstairs the maids were rude and not doin their job. Dirty hallways unclean rooms. Just never again as it was nearly 3x the amount we payable nicer properties.

The room was top notch and what really stood out was the excellent service I experienced by the front desk. The front desk manager Kelly went above and beyond to help me with a request - I was very impressed.
