Bed bugs, no tv, no phone or cups, lying staff.

If I could get this hotel all zeros I would. The hospitality was poor the rooms were unclean with roaches.

The hospitality was poor and the front desk is deceitful. I would never recommend anyone staying here if they value cleanliness and their mental sanity. This is the worst hotel in all of Virginia.

The staff are terrible. The rooms were disgusting and weren’t properly cleaned. Our room had used washcloths left from previous guest. We booked a nonsmoking room but it surely smelled like smoke.

Rooms were nasty,carpet was sticky. No sleeper sofa as advertised. Walls stained and dirty.

Faucet broke in shower, no flow to take a shower, roaches ? behind chrome trim ring which I left in bottom of tub to show innkeeper, would not move me to another room, no REFUND, forced to a different motel PLEASE DONOT STAY HERE

It was a place to stay when visiting my mom whose place was not ready for guests

We were only expecting a clean place to stay, but they could even be bothered to bring towels. Also, the tv didn't work, we asked to fix and they said maintenance would come over later to fix but never did. Next time, I'll at least use a choice hotel.

Not clean,missing light bulbs, rusted fixtures, odd smell, bugs, tub did not drain This could be a great place with the right owners who care about their business

This hotel is very misleading. The photos are not representative of the actual condition. There is NO breakfast as stated not even a restaurant there. This hotel is also a haven for low end housing. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Location, Friendly Staff

Room was horrible. Did not know this was a "smoking" room. had an ashtray on the desk. Smoke detector was covered by a plastic bag. Room smelled horrible. I asked for a refund and they processed it without questioning me.

Inexpensive

No continental breakfast. Water pressure too low.

Was in a good location for me

Water pressure is just a trickle, and hey hole in the floor at the front door when you walk in. Couldn't even get to my room hardly for people cooking on their grills and sitting on the steps drinking beer

The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating. They were attentive to our needs and worked with us throughout our stay.

The hotel was probably built in the 1960's, so it shows it's wear and tear, the pool was either broken or not in use due to covid.

The staff was friendly, they provided breakfast and they accommodated us an extra that we hadn't previously booked.

The rooms weren't as clean as I'd liked. It had stained walls and spider webs all over. The soap dispensers were also empty. Didn't see the point of them being in the bathrooms if no one fills them.

It was clean. A little run down. Breakfast had no cereal, but most everything else.

Steps to my floor were dirty and had food debris on them. Breakfast did not have cereal, or milk.

Nothing staff was unpleasant didn't have the proper room had to wait 1 hour to get the proper room ..room was not clean never will i stay there again

I was greeted with pleasantries as soon as I entered the facility. The room was clean and fresh smelling.

The dining area needs updating. It's time to replace the towels and face clothes even though they were clean. Also the ice machine dispenser needs maintenance. It doesn't dispense the ice properly.

The people were very nice and when they saw me asked if I needed anything. nice breakfast. my first time staying there and will stay there again when I travel back.
