Close to where I needed to be.

Needs updating, better pillows, better mattresses. No convenient place to plug in phone, etc

Old time charm, a restaurant within with great food, the staff were professional but yet made you feel like family.... It was like staying at a relatives home

That I had to leave for my business before getting to try their breakfast

Super convenient and staff very helpful. Loved being able to get hot coffee at 5am - great idea in the second floor!

A little dated - Fresh coat of paint - replace stained ceiling tiles - but for the price - no complaints - it worked perfectly!

It was quiet and in a nice convenient location. They also allowed my dog to stay for a reasonable price.

Rarely saw anyone that was working the front desk. When I was finally able to speak to someone that worked there they weren¿t very helpful. Also I got double charged for my stay. Still waiting for that to be fixed. Overall it was a pretty odd experienc

The elevator was out of service, and we were upgraded to a king suite, which was very nice. Continental breakfast was reasonable. The staff were helpful.

The heat wasn't working properly and the ice machines were empty. The restaurant attached to the inn went out of business -- not the inn's fault, but it was disappointing.

Room needs maintence: shower didn't have pressure since faucet didn't release fully to shower head, air vent above bed was covered in something gross , and wallpaper is peeling. Needs basic TLC

Early American or French Colonial style decor. A nice restaurant and bar. Great TV channel selection with 100+ channels.

Would have liked a microwave and mini fridge in room. No iron, ironing board, or hair dryer in room. Had to ask. I though the bathroom floor tiles could use a good scrubbing. They probably weren't dirty, but they looked it.

It's not your standard cookie cutter hotel and the room reflects a more personal, less industrial decor and more intimate feeling.

TV worked but the remote didn't. Shower stall was a little claustrophobic.

Itnwas very charming, in its historic nature.

The room refrigerator was very noisy.

The bar and restaurant was nice. We didn't eat there, so I don't know how the food is.

We didn't get the room that we booked, it was supposed to have a walk in shower, and had a tub. The mattress was old and hard, and the carpet was dingy. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet, and the room and bathroom were overall outdated.

The gentleman who checked us in was awesome the girl who takes over during the day very very awesome as well I know they are and I'm using adjectives but that's how I wanted to strive these people they are awesome very very good. It's always clean the bar is great A few different bars but just wondering crowd had a good time and I really liked it a lot

The property was nice and clean staff was very friendly and helpful and the fact that there is a restaurant on site which the food was good

I was on second floor and elevator didn’t work for the second floor

Loved how quaint the rooms are. The restaurant was excellent.

Small shower size

The room was really charming, and the beds were comfortable. It was built in the 1700s, and each room is decorated differently.

While the place is really nice, you can hear everything from the other rooms, and if your room is facing the street, you’ll hear all the cars.

How close it was to Shady Maple, the things to do at the facility itself, the bathroom!!!

The traffic noise and the bed itself. Also, it was hard to keep a nice temperature in the room, plus elevator wasn't working the greatest

elevator was broken for 3 weeks but they didn’t contact us to let us know and we are disabled , the free breakfast was nt even a normal continental breakfast

Friendly staff. Clean, excellent access to coffee!! Love the old-fashioned atmosphere. The room was large. The warming light next to the shower was a great extra!

The rug could be updated.
