The person at the front desk that actually corrected the amount charged to my credit card.

NOT my hair in the bath tub!. Disgusting dirt ring around bath sink drain.

Great location, most of the staff are wonderful.

At checkout, I was dismayed to find I was overcharged for incidentals by $97. A fraudulent tip & varying charges for breakfast, which was complimentary. The excellent front desk staff refunded, but it took time to go through everything and correct it.

Peaceful and quiet, fabulous bartender, large rooms, nice patio, everything, including elevators worked.

$150 incidental charge

Room was double booked, and when I was in there, somebody walked into the room that hour he was assigned to me with his own key. Give him my front desk.

The room was without heat. Television was not operational. The breakfast was to expensive with two different prices setup for meals.

I requested and the confirmation indicated a roll-in shower. It was a tub.

The "clean" was a heavily scented clean - unpleasantly so. Looks like they have not updated anything in years. sitting desk wobbly, wallpaper starting to peal, bathroom door damaged. The fridge was ajar and running when I got in the room -- very hot.

There was a pissy mattress that my kids had to sleep on because when I first got checked in I called the front desk at 8@m and nobody did anything about it. That is very unacceptable

Close to the turnpike. Looked well managed. Quite. Liked the Keurig coffee maker in the room. Liked having a restaurant on site. Bed was great. Would definitely come back Thanks fo a enjoyable stay

The shower is small and not flat. Very slippery and dangerous

Not really. We just got there when renovations were being done.?wish they had a hot tub though.

Hotel staff helped us get settled pretty fast upon arrival. They also handled a food problem quickly.

Meeting room AC was too cold for a hot summer day.

I had trouble at breakfast. silverware was not on table. I had to keep asking for services. Waitress was not polite. Chef had to bring food. She(chef) was very nice with my kids and cook them pancakes while waitress had totally ignored us.

The room was big, plenty of space with a refrigerator and microwave. Everything was beautiful, lobby, bar, outdoor sitting area too.

One of our beds had blood stains on the sheets. It was disgusting.

Indoor pool with hot tub. Outdoor courtyard with fire pit. No outside sounds disturbed me when I was in my room.

My only complaint was the noise level in the pool room when it was filled with shrieking children, but that was hardly the fault of the hotel.

Professional and friendly staff, clean room, good bathroom, great breakfast.

The Staff did everything they could to insure that the requests I made were met. They were attentive, friendly, sincer and professional.

Because of the road infrastructure, it isn't easy to access certain directions.

We have stayed here before. The staff is always awesome! They have also remodeled since we were here last which was a couple of years ago.

Too much chlorine in the pool. My eye's were burning for 6hrs.after getting out.
