The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Blind in room were broken. Bed were not super comfortable

The daily breakfast that was included in booking our stay. Also, the air conditioning was top notch (I hate summer more than anyone I?ve met) and it was programmed before even entering the room.

The bed was very springy and didn?t offer much support. Same goes for the pillows. Luckily we were both very tired both nights, so falling alseep wasn?t a total chore.

The staff were professional, efficient, and courteous.

The beds were not comfortable. The sheets didn¿t fit the mattress and kept pulling off at the corners and bunching under me while I was sleeping. The mattress was worn and lumpy.

The staff was Super friendly and nice. The hotel was close to the highway. Free hot breakfasts was very nice. Free parking.

At night time the drive way to the hotel is kind of confusing. The room was ok, the bed was not comfortable. Needed to upkeep nightstand lighting, outlets, Faucet in the sink.

The whole second floor smelled of weed. People at the pool playing loud music while families tried to enjoy themselves. Staff seemed ok with this nor did they care.

The location is convenient to just about anything in Syracuse and close to major highways. The hotel was clean and had friendly staff.

Quiet location.. entire hotel was super clean. Rooms were great very comfortable bed. One of the best stays I¿ve had.

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff that we interacted with were friendly and wonderful on all aspects on both days of our stay. The continental breakfast was also lovely!

Our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but when we first entered, an odor of cigarette smoke hit us pretty quickly. Turned on the AC and it mostly dissipated, but definitely didn't expect it.

Drive entrance is awkward, but otherwise, great hotel.

When I called to make reservations, I asked for an early check-in since we were going to be picked up via a shuttle and taken to Fabius for a wedding. The manager (after I got to her) stated that she was short of staff and this was not possible.

I have stayed here before, it is always clean and the staff are always friendly!

Very clean, Friendly staff & a free Breakfast

It was peaceful and fairly clean compared to other places I stayed.

The fridge in the room I stayed froze everything and there was no dial to adjust the temperature. The staff were not always easy to get in touch with by phone and at the front desk. (They weren't overly busy either)!

Hotel Cleanliness and Friendly staff

I did not like the Grab and Go breakfast options. I know it’s a temporary circumstance under the pandemic but there still should be a reasonable hot breakfast option.

Clean quite and Hotel staff and hotel employee. Both were able to answer questions and give hints to the next time I stay. I Loved it.

Due to the pandemic there was no housekeeping service. We have to deal with garbage during our stay and make our beds. A little disappointed but I can understand due to the situation that we are going through. The total cost was higher that the published

Hotel was clean! Our previous hotel the night before was a mess with leftover hair in places...ick. we thought the entry was really pretty and staff were friendly and greeted us promptly. The room was comfortable and in a great location...away from the f

We did notice the guests in front of us were offered bottles of water when they finished checking in. We thought maybe they were members but then I realized I was a Hilton member too and wasn't offered.

Vet clean, staff from front desk to the women passing out water bottles at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

There were no fridges in the rooms for beverages, other than that I was very pleased with our stay.

Kind of a sketch area of Syracuse. A little more survelliance over the breakfast area would've been helpful.
