Embassy Suites Syracuse Destiny USA

It was a great location to access the mall

Stayed at this hotel 1 night for my sons birthday. The day after check out they charged me $250 for a tobacco product wrapper in the garbage in the room. I have been fighting it since. Now they are trying to take an additional $125. From my account.

The bar and breakfast

Try to charge for parking

Kid friendly! Cleanliness. Free drinks at the bar and great breakfast

Great staff

Very dirty, crumbs on floor, stains on sofa, dirty shower

Pool and breakfast

Just started charging for parking without noticed

Location was ok. Dirty hotel.

Took Staff multiple tries give us a room. First 2 times key did not work. Third try room was occupied! Fourth room was ok. Lights in next to bed did not work, bed was a queen and we had booked a king. It was late and we were tired. Dirty high touch areas

Generous room size, comfy bed and good shower. The staff were great and the breakfast and reception we fabulous. Also location to Destiny mall a bonus.

Prompt, professional, courteous staff. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered many varieties. Room was clean.

Room layout was a bit cramped. Couldn't open the pullout bed without blocking the path of someone using the bed. Bathroom was spacious, but could use a ceiling fan and more than one lighting option (Lights were intensely bright).

Proximity to Destiny USA is great

Room service did not show up to our room at all. The staff on at the time was rude and not helpful when following up on the order placed.

Everything. Location, 2 free drinks and appetizers during happy hour, free breakfast that was good. Shuttle to the bus station.

Wish it wasn't as costly, but as much as they offer and the location I get it

Location, breakfast

Online menu for restaurant was not accurate

The 2 bed queen and sofa bed room was great! Perfect for 3 of us. We appreciated the free happy hour drinks.

One thing was the sliding door from the bedroom to the bathroom, the handle needs to be better designed as 2 of us squished our fingers on it.

I liked the location of the hotel the best.

I didn¿t like how small the suite was for the price, and how the TV glitched continuously. I didn¿t like how there was a group of kids out of control in the pool and exercise area with absolutely no oversight for an extended period of time.

Managers cocktail hour, breakfast and location

Only complain is the bathroom barn door does not close completely or have a latch.

The breakfast is incredible.

In the first room we were placed in, the cable and bathtub were not working. We were then placed in another room and the AC was broken leaving us unable to sleep. I overheard another patron inform an employee of similar issues in their room.

Location

Pool little small and somewhat dirty

Staff. Felt safe traveling alone. Evan my Shuttle Driver was very accommodating.

Minor things. Room 218. Bedroom phone did not work. Maintenance Gentleman came to try & fix it to no avail. Also, Bathroom door did not lock. Everything else was just fine!!!

Staff worked very hard.

We were very disappointed the rooms were not cleaned every day. We felt the trash should have been taken out each day and fresh towels. Breakfast was too crowded more workers are needed to have more food readily available if you know the breakfast is ful

Great room and location. The shuttle service was fantastic for getting to sporting events we had tickets for.

I liked that it was walking distance to mall. Also it was happy hour when we arrived!

Ordering food to our room took a long time to get.
