The cleanliness of the room

No breakfast. The least a hotel can offer is breakfast in the morning. Also the location was set as next to Syracuse University but we had to pay an Uber $40 for a ride there and it was 5 miles away. Not the same as saying next to is it?

Front desk staff very nice. Hotel very clean. Close to everything we needed.

No soap dish in bathroom was weird - felt wrong to put used soap on counter.

Hotel was nice and clean, staff were friendly and accommodating.

Nothing within a short walking distance of the hotel.

Amenities. A bar that stayed open past 9 on a Sunday. Food options. Relaxing dormitory feel.

Hotel is the only development for nearly a mile.

Location.

I did not like that they held 150 for incidentals. I've never had more than 50 at even the 5 star hotels in that area.

This is a very modern hotel. It was clean, updated and the staff was fantastic.

I did not like the fact that in the shower there was no shelf to sit my shampoo and conditioner on. (I like to use my own).

Location is central to everything

The room had an odor but it was well cleaned

Really nice staff and check-in/check-out procedure. Great for dogs. Easy parking.

If checking in with an infant, check the room to make sure a) it is not near where an event could be held (we had a lot of noise from an event till about 10:15pm), and b) that the room is spacious enough to navigate a stroller. Ours was a bit tight.

Clean rooms, friendly and supportive staff, modern well lit interior.

You do need a car to get to restaurants

Location to restaurants, breweries, and shopping center.

Vent in bathroom needs attention.

The hotel room could have been cleaner, beer bottle caps next to bed, cereal on floor under desk and the shower gel was empty which makes me wonder did they only come in and change sheets and restock towels but not really clean.

My room viewed a construction site and not the advertised so called harbor, which was a pond.

I booked and was charged $--- per night, the next morning i updated the search and the exact same room was now $---. Please refund difference. This was advertised as inner harbor hotel. It was a small pond They do not do housekeeping for quests room???

The rooms were very well proportioned with solid ambiance. The breakfast was sensational with the chef being top notch friendly and available. Bathrooms located in the lobby was thoughtful. Overall nice concept.

The bathrooms, while spacious were a bit open to the hallway due to proximity. The showers while nice had soap and hair products with only the hair product filled. Soap was bone dry. Could probably use at least one more towel. Only two present.

Very close to the destiny mall was the best choice for hotel.

The hotel was great the staff was very friendly and very clean hotel . I definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel .

It¿s sad that I can¿t really think of much. The showers were decent I guess although the water pressure was terrible. Free parking. Some places charge you up to $20 a day. Nice for kids to be able to go walk down by the water. We did NOT enjoy stay.

Currently COVID-19 pandemic, listed as exceptionally clean. FALSE I had to clean our room, and found toenails on the floor, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. NOTHING was open, pool closed, RESTAURANT closed, no food offered for sale,could go on!!

Hard to find on GPS and there was construction nearby.

, he tried to accommodate us the best he could. He brought us clean sheets and he answered our questions, gave suggestions, he was very polite. Please get some help, again he was great. I had a harbor view and that was nice.

The 1st rm had stuff on the walls, bed had something on the sheets, the mirrors you could see where the staff couldn’t reach to clean in all the rooms, shower wasn’t very clean. The 2nd rm looked like the first one. 3rd rm had dents in the screen, etc

The staff should have asked us if we wanted an accessible room, as there wasn't hardly any furniture, the TV was at least 15 feet from the bed. Also bathroom outlet didn't work.
