Quiet peaceful, I like the top floor opposite traffic noise it was accomodated

The staff were super nice and friendly. Breakfast was a nice treat. Room was clean*** and plenty of towels and stuff.

I hate to complain but our room was infested with ants and weird little bugs. I was up all night killing bugs and convincing my wife it wasn’t that bad. It was kind of rough. But it was affordable and I guess that comes with the territory.

The bed was comfortable and the check in agent was very good

The carpet in the hotel was very musty smelling. Also the room. Most of the staff were sitting around playing on their phones

Ants in room, not enough ice machines, entrances to parking lot had huge pot holes

Location was okay and my gf gotten bed bugs. Staff was friendly and apologized, will fix the situation. Plus the room key kept getting disabled

The price was too high for a 2.5 start hotel and one this dated. There is no way it should cost $--- per night. It is a $--- or less per night hotel.

it was WAY too expensive for what we got. we went thru this city a week earlier and stayed at a comfort inn in another part of the city and paid $100 less...and got a better room.

I did not care for the price fluctuations. This is a $--- night hotel that was charging triple (and then some) due to the college weekend. For the following day, the rate was back down to $---

Quiet room, good breakfast in morning, overall everything good.

Wish each floor had ice machines, not just 2 and 4 th floors.

Variety of breakfast items was good. That's about it.

Front desk reception was cold and unwelcoming. Bland. The toilet in the room was so low it looked and seemed like it was meant for a preschool classroom.

THERE WAS NO REFRIGERATOR. DOOR LOCK WOULD NOT WORK, HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER ROOM. COMPLAINED ABOUT FRIDGE AND WAS TOLD ITS OK MANY OF THE ROOMS HAD NONE. OUR FOOD SPOILED, ECT. WANTED DISCOUNT TOLD NO.

It was close to where I needed to be.

The elevator was broken and the other one didn't even stop on my floor. I had to take the stairs every time. Having opening automatic doors in the front would have been nice.

It was quiet

I booked this hotel for the jacuzzi tub. Room was SERIOUSLY over priced. Room was incredibly dated. Recliner was super old and smelled very musty. Bed was incredibly soft. Jacuzzi tub was SMALL. It really didn¿t even fit 2 people at all. I paid $--.

The 2 people that checked us in were very nice. The only good thing about the place.

Bed bugs, the insinuation we brought them, and being accused of smoking in the room because of cigarette butts in the trash.

Distance from Fair/location

Room was damaged in several places on the wall. We notified the desk clerk and showed pictures we took of room before agreeing to stay and bringing our luggage into the room.

Location right next to my fiances work

Staff was extremely rude. We stay here a lot and have had several issues with rooms not being right. Usually staff very friendly but our last visit they were extremely rude

Nice and staff was very pleasant !! Rooms are comfortable and clean

We arrived late at night but the employee at the front desk did not seem to be put-out at all. We asked to be switched from a king to double, and it was done with no problems. Bkft was good, area clean. We loved the bright, clean environment.

Good location for the travelers. Friendly staff.

The shower was bad. Need to repair the hot water.
