They could not find my reservation, changed it to two beds instead of the king size I reserved. I have a video of a cockroach in the bathroom sink. Shower looked like it had cigarette ashes in it and smelled like someone had smoked in there recently.

Clean room. Friendly staff. GM is amazing!

No I loved everything

The location was close to the area where I needed to be and was pet-friendly.

Reserved a handicap accessible room with king size bed.When we the room was not handicap accessible.They moved us to accessible room queen size bed.The handle on the shower fell off. They moved us to another room.Manager he would com us 25% and never did.

No smoking in rooms at all

Hall way smelled of weed but that's only because of the customers coming there

The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, our key card stopped working on our 2nd day and the front desk fixed it but not friendly at all. Also since the hotel add said fully equipped kitchen, I was expecting pans and dishes. It shouldn¿t say that if it.

Conveniently located and everything ready when I arrived.

There was no coffee maker in the room. They had everything else¿microwave, fridge, etc. That¿s a minor detail when one considers the experience if staying there.

Refrigerator broken. Freezer did. Worst bathroom countertop ever. Burns. Stains. Polish. It was so bad it was embarrassing when I had a visitor. Finger nail polish on floors. Something growing from under the TV Huge hole in bed Trash mattress

The Staff very friendly.

Terrible smell in rooms. Very old Appliances and Fan Motor made noise all night. Nice Staff moved us to another room which also had a Odor after spray wore off. Second room had plugged sink and broken phone which friendly staff took care.

I wasn't able to get any sleep. The people above me were really loud, kids running across the floor they were dropping and banging stuff on the floor. There was a dog barking on my hallway 2 rooms over. I found a bed bug in my room.

Nothing just place to sleep

First off my key didn¿t work the entire time I stayed I had to have someone let me in my room over an over then there¿s no way to get water the staff were never at the desk u either had to wait or hope u seen them there wasn¿t any on site computer for us

The staff was pleasant at check in and check out.

The breakfast was not even a breakfast. They packets of oatmeal out but no bowls to make it in. There were muffins but they were gross. So they breakfast was really not a breakfast. When we got there the entrance was not well lit to come into to hotel

Very clean and quite. And ample parking. Also loved that they were pet friendly but the rooms do not smell like it at all.
