The gentleman that checked me in was very courteous and professional. Plus it wasn't far from home because the power went out.

Clean, nice room, good breakfast.

Staff had no clue about what was going on over three days . Several had no idea the pool was closed and seemed unable to find out why. "Out of order" note on elevator although it was working. Dent in mattress. Bathroom fan and Ice maker not work.

Ratchet was of the rooms with filthy sheet stains and hair everywhere and being lied to by the front desk staff on July 5th!

The location and the surroundings

This time we found left over cloths previous people who stayed there, we reported to the front desk, they came and cleaned on their regular cleaning, still left the cloth there. The cafeteria couch was peeling off, looks very shabby.

Praise to hotel employee on Front Desk. Helped me and my wife log on to the internet. Said he was glad to help us out, and it was no problem. Way beyond our expectations!

The pool was filthy They let people swim anyway My reservation wouldn't let me check in because of incidentals that were not Initially applied. Had to use a second card to secure my intake.

The location was good for us because I was left without a vehicle. The hot tub actually works! Bedroom and breakfast was fine! Breakfast lady takes her job seriously.

Pool was cold.The breakfast lady kept an eye on you and came after me for using the wrong thong for sausages, she was far away but she notice, can't believe it!A few dirty spots in the room that could've been better.Furniture is cheap,cheap Hilton luxury.

At first they said they were sold out of King beds.. offered me 2 queens..took about 1/2 hour to get straightened out...king room was nice

We have stayed several times over last 2 years and the pool area has decided..hot tub(reason we came) was cold and dirt ring..gross Will not be returning to this hotel

Pleasant staff, exceptionally clean rooms. No pot or cigarette smell!!! Pool was clean, and fairly warm. Hot tub was hot. Very clean hotel.

Getting in and out can be rough, small parking spaces.

Location and cleanliness. Coffee bar is good. Front desk workers were kind.

Minimal breakfast options and no use of the pool. Also, stayed for one week and had housekeeping one time and this was nothing guaranteed per the front desk person (but they did come thankfully)

As this was my first time in Michigan - I was very impressed. For future visits, I will research the area so that I don't feel so "lost". Overall, I was greatly impressed and pleased with my visit.

No printed information. Brochures and print media about the area and what it has to offer would have been helpful.

The bathroom door is just a sliding door that works as both a closet door and the bathroom door. There is very little privacy, and I do not recall there even being a lock on the door. Also, you could not make the room warmer than 70 degrees.

Was brand new and clean

There was a water main break our entire stay that impacted the whole neighborhood. Staff did not tell about the boil water order so we drank and brushed our teeth with potentially contaminated water. Staff was nonchalant when I brought it up

Pool and spa were crowded, no towels and thermostat didn't seem to sync with true room temp.

Bathroom was not clean like they started and didn't finish 1 set of towels
