Location: near my family members. Room was very nice. Price was good. Having breakfast available a big plus. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

One member of the front desk staff was not friendly: when I approached them to ask a question, they were abrupt and answered me curtly.

The location

My room was not ready at checkout time, The hot water didn?t work, the air conditioner didn?t work, when I went downstairs to wash my clothes, both washing machines were out of order. They couldn?t move us to another room because they overbooked.

The room was adequate. Staff did respond to my call to help resolve a disturbance outside my room at 11:30 Pm. Inside room was quiet only if there is no one in rooms surrounding yours. Wall are thin so you hear everything. Lots of parking available.

Room lacked some basics-paper towels or some sort of soap in the kitchen. Lots of outside room noise with people hanging aound outside the hotel late in evening. Bath tub kept backing up. Low water pressure. Door/cabinet slamming was disruptive to sleep.

The style of hotel rooms. Staff excellent.

Serving same breakfast everyday. Bathroom not stocked with tissue, toliet paper, trash bags, and only one tiny bar soap. Had to go to front desk to replenish items. Guests stay more than one night should already be stocked!!

Desk clerk could not find my reservation then refused together me stay when I asked could she book the room because of the weight of my dog

The trash wasn't emptied and the room could not have been cleaned, we wiped everything down with clorox wipe and they were dirty after wiping things down. Outside doors kept being propped open and it appeared as though there was a halfway house operating

Location, size of room.

pool, house keeping, and breakfast listed as amenities. They won’t even bring clean towels. The pool is closed, and they do not offer house keeping. It is sub standard to pay for a room expecting a pool, hot breakfast, and house keeping. To get nothing.

Misinformation being told to customers. Misleading posts. Made the rooms and pool look bigger than they actually were. Told one pet fee charged another. Certain staff was rude

Pricing was pretty good for the room and location

The rooms appeared to have had someone come make the bed and do a super quick once over. Things were dusty, a plate had something stuck on it

I liked it was clean,very stylish,accessible,very inviting comfortable.

Location was great

The hallways all had an odor. Could hear every time neighbors would turn on and off water. Could hear upstairs neighbors walking on the floor.

Full Bradstreet (free), staff friendly and helpful, room included all I needed (stove even had oven!)

The complimentary breakfast, full size fridge in the room, and free flavored water at the front desk.

The skirt on the bed was ripped and the counter in the kitchen was not clean. The rooms seem outdated.

The hotel was idea for my needs - comfortable bed, visually appealing suite, well functioning kitchen, excellent cardio exercise room. Free breakfast and internet.

I wish the pool was indoors.

The hostess was very helpful and professional. Loves the Marriott member welcome bag.

The hotel served it's purpose. It was clean enough, but a little more could have went into cleaning the remotes, door handles etc. Overall, it was good and I would stay there again.
