Fair price rooms always clean and quiet no weed smoke floating through the halls

Staff were unfriendly and did not make me feel welcome. Also, can we talk about the tiny pillows? I should not need a million tiny pillows. Good thing I brought my own!

It was dirty. The bed was horrible not comfortable at all. The room was dusty. Dead bugs and spiderwebs under the curtains. The Jacuzzi tub wouldn’t hold water. Had to cross staff down there numerous of times just to come up with the solution.

The Staff Ahmed was great

i had a horrible exp. @ quality inn at 30375 plymouth road, livonia, mi 48150. 1. the toilet was not working due to lack of suction power. it took 5 flushes for human waste to go down the toilet. The Hotel rep gave me a plunger, for a ---- room.

The floors were not swept or washed.Called the front desk and complained-nothing was done.

There was never any hot water. On my 3rd day there I asked for some new sheets and towels and was told no that they didn?t have access to the maids closet.

Easy to get to, close to the object of my visit.

House keeping was atrocious! The firat room I was given was not made up. The alternate room was decent, but while I was out my luggage was removed without my knowledge, and the room was occupied by another guest. The desk clerk got me another room

General manager is a joke. Hotel lost water less than halfway through our stay and he lied to me at least 4 times claiming it would be turned on that day. Had he been honest I would've found another place to stay since I couldn't even flush my toilet.

Called today to ask about a refund and was told they were NOT required to have working water to remain open for business. Hotel room was not clean either. Sticky surfaces, weird stains on the chair in the corner, toilet paper matted to vents. Gross!!!!

Beds were nasty, bugs everywhere, light didn¿t work and neither did tv. When trying to tell the front desk all that was said was okay.

There was nothing to like

Well they started by double charging me for my room and holding a 50 dollar fee. After that the TV didn't work and they didn't have covers. To top it off staff all played dumb and did nothing to try to fix anything. Pass this place up.

There was a bar next-door, but it was a Wednesday night so the bar was not open

The air conditioning was very loud and the carpet seem like it was wet may be from the air conditioning leaking. I don¿t know, but this is borderline to star hotel may be a one and a half star hotel.

The staff tried to be nice and helpful.

The rooms are disgusting, gross, filthy, and broken.

When make reservation price was $--- in hotel they're charging $--- & still keeping $50 deposit even 3 business day gone/ also room not clean well lor of small bugs flying On 08/29/23 early check out person in the office was bad mood ¿¿

The breakfast was hot and everything was kept clean. They respected our request to not clean our room, only gave 1 set of towels even though we did ask for 2 as there was 2 people staying in the room.

Some of the staff was rude, the room next to ours did pot all the time, you could smell the pot when you walked down the hallway, the hair dryer didn¿t work, the whole hotel didn¿t feel safe, not a place I would recommend for a family or a female alone.

Our last experience was quite disturbing. We informed the front desk that night that we had extended our stay one more night and were given a new key. The next day the staff tried to kick us out and call the police since nite shift hadn¿t shared that.

There wasn¿t anything that I liked about this hotel except maybe the location¿we were close to our venue.

Front desk agent was awful. Hotel smelled terrible and the room smelled even worse. The room/hotel was disgusting & dirty. Someone needs to set a match to this property and start over.

Absolutely NOTHING¿everything was horrible..

From the moment we arrived, till the moment we checked out¿everything was horrible. The front desk agent has no business being employed. The SMELL of this establishment is horrendous! The rooms were filthy! Dead bugs all over the hotel!

Hated it .

My infant and I were bitten by bedbugs after getting out room changed 4 time the police and EMS had to get involved . I would like a refund ASAP
