I was booked to a handicapped room which I did not request. After coming in late, I found that the mechanical blinds did not work. The person at the front desk stated she knew they didn’t work. I was assigned a new room. No apology.

Comfortable bedding. Clean room. Quiete

Dirty pool and no working hot tub. Chose this hotel for those amenities

No free breakfast. There was a $10 fee per person for breakfast

$10 extra for a terrible breakfast - they were out if the powdered eggs and sausage so it was potatoes and french toast sticks

Had to ask for towels and we were told to just air dry the ones we had, charged us for breakfast which I was told it was included!

Cleanliness and the staff were above expectations and honestly the location ended up being ideal

We couldn't use the pool/hot tub and the room we had didn't have a tub which is the exact reason I intentionally booked a tub I knew it wasn't a jacuzzi room but it said walk in tub,that's an exaggeration of the actual facilities.

Good Location....

My room was actually too big if that makes sense.....could have fit 6 king size beds in it. too no fault of the hotel but air conditioner was loud and there was a loud television turned on at 12:00 next to my room. I just didn't sleep well.

Bathing suits in the bottom of the wardrobe. It looked like they had been thrown in there wet & forgotten -by the guests and the cleaning staff! A small amount of water in the tub on arrival, and the tub was VERY slow draining during showers.

The deposit was $100. The hotel gave the appearance of being beautiful. The rooms gave a motel 6 vibe. It was uncomfortable and extremely dirty. There was blood stains on the first room we got and it smelled like fecal matter. The next room was dirty too.

Location and cleanliness.

There was an offensive photograph in the breakfast area but the manager said he would take it down when we brought it up. The breakfast was not good at all.

I loved the cleanliness and friendly staff.

I wasn't very keen on walking through the lobby to the pool...

Yes I did not like the fact that the restaurant was closed and they had only cereal for breakfast which was two of the main reasons why I chose this hotel.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and efficient. Easy check in and check out.. An older building, but well kept and no deficiencies. Very satisfied.

Staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and even was able to suggest local restaurants to dine in.

Could not get the temp of the room below 69 degrees despite changing temp on the thermostat.

Location

I expressed some maintenance issues in bath room related to plumbing ( sink clogged & dripping toilet) on Thursday (check in) and upon check on on Sunday the toilet was not addressed by the management team.

clean and quiet rooms, nice beds, nice pool and hot tub.

The location was great

We were locked out of our room twice. The battery died on our room door so the staff had to let us in. The battery was suppose to be changed but nebrr wad so when we came back the next day from being out all day the door was not working again.
