Lots of construction, low quality breakfast

I reserved 2 rooms. One had microwave & frig. The other did not.

Discriminatory treatment from customer service agent upon arrival to check in. They refused to give me the room I paid for

The hotel was changing ownership that day... very unorganized and many problems with the room and amenities... NOT as advertised.

Smell a lot like cigarette smoke, it wasn't cleaned before I got in there, prior guess trash still there, the shower faucet was broken, no towels at all in the room, etc...

No towels 6 hours later 9:00 pm Cancel event on Saturday

Paid and had to put down a deposit and didn?t receive my deposit because my toddlers messed up the room

First 2 rooms they gave me TV didn't give me signal so they gave me another room 3rd one TV worked and shower wasn't no hot water wall paper pealing in shower area .

Sink in the 1st room sprayed water everywhere. The second room after they moved me the shower was spraying water everywhere but

Yes they constantly say they are low on towels but in actuality the director over house keeping is not putting towels in the room because she say they stain them and they take them as if th towels are coming out her bathroom or her check.

Well room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. Also room is serviced everyday

On Friday night someone claiming to be management tried to force his way into my room at 10:30pm. The hotel the next morning told me they did not have a male manager that night. The morning staff were great just this experience left a bad taste

I gave them my card for a $50 deposit and still haven?t received my money back

A mix up on our first room as we found someone sleeping in there when we arrived but front desk lady remedied the situation immediately

The staff is VERY accommodating,friendly, smiling, patient and eager the help and assist! I love this hotel I was having trouble w/rm key on 3rd. floor male staff was walking by offered help went all the way down to front desk and brought me a new key!!!

There wasn?t anything that made me cringe or complain about.

I did not like the check in manager I did not like the fact that we were given the wrong room due to how you had it listed and that we had to be walked in on because the desk person assigned someone else our room

The staff was awsome, helpful, and friendly! Although updates are needed, the staff is definitely working hard!

The room could have been a little cleaner...just old and needed updating...not dirty or gross just.

My room had Nats, the towels were dirty, the bed comforter had stains.

No Microwave, no coffee maker, saw a roach in bathroom, key card issues, curtains torn shredded.

Nothing. Awful place

So many things in our room did not work. Like the refrigerator, clock, entry light to the room, and telephone (no cord to plug it in) The breakfast was terrible. Very few choices and they said everything was out. So many empt bowl.

It was a good location for where we were going, but the hotel was extremely dirty. The bed was decently comfortable and the AC worked well though.

Very dirty. Our hotel room was covered im mysterious stains on the walls that looked like either blood or feces. I had to ask the front desk to change our sheets and comforter because there was something on it that looked like human feces.
