Americas Best Value Inn-Livonia/Detroit

Hotel room was very dirty. We were not able to stay and left the room. Even for a 2 star rated room we expected more than this room offered. The water from the sink came out foamy and dirty. The furnishings were minimal and dirty. Floor was in disrepair.

I caught my toddler playing with a dead mouse in the hotel room.

There was cockroaches & beetles in our room, dirty under the bed, every corner, stuff smeared all over the walls, just plain gross.

Everything. Absolutely everything.

Heat work well

Bathroom doors not working, the room was very dirty. Bath tub was not cleaned. No bathroom tissue too use. Soap was made for a kid. This hotel needs a major fine, to many things out dated

Overbooked and no staff. waited at front desk for 30 minutes for someone to show up and the lobby had no ac so it was almost 90 degrees.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room could've been cleaner. Had a smoke smell to it.

Someone just left out the room because it still smelled like fresh weed smoke. Brown stuff was on the toilet seat. Semen stains on the comforter. I went to the front desk and asked for a new comforter. I left the room out for several hours &still no chang

It was quiet in the side where our room was.

There wasn't a phone, microwave, trash can, ice bin or table in our room. We also only had one lamp and the light by the bathroom so it was also dark. There was only one towel. Riok wasn't clean either. There also wasn't any breakfast.

There was no room for us. It was sold out at 6 pm. We drove from Ann Arbor to the motel just to waste our time and gas.

It was awful I didn't even stay. I canceled my reservation because the place was filthy, and stunk!!!

Was not that clean. The power went out at about 1:30 am. Needless to say the power wasn't turned on until 9:30 am, and my fiance had to call 911. I was told I could get a 10% discount on a different room because I already had discounts.

They had very good hot water.

When I got to the motel, I thought I was @ a a trailer park. Dusty ppl, parents, kids, with nappy hair, dope fin looking ppl, very scary...I guess u can lived there with ur family/etc. I locked both locks and put a chair up against the door....Place 2.

Price seemed good but room was dirty. asked for and got room change but it was as bad so we looked elsewhere to stay. was told I couldn't get a refund.

Unclean and unsafe.

Phone, fridge and microwave did not work...2 lamps, one lampshade with food... Smoke smell and ashes everywhere... Hot tub took 3 hours to fill than was cold. 1 towel and asked for more but desk had none

Leaving

Previous occupants garbage everywhere, no hot water, no towels, no no batteries in remote, no TV stations, no wifi, and my confirmed reservation was not on file.. paid more than what was stated.

Absolutely NOTHING. Aside from the fact that it had power, I have absolutely zero nice things to say about this horrific motel.

Uhh EVERYTHING. NO WI-FI, Beyond gross, filthy, disgusting, no fridge, no microwave, no shampoo, no conditioner, hands down the worst staff of any establishment I have EVER visited. Just DO NOT stay here, you will

no, it was definitely a murder hotel

Was assured that there was no smoking allowed anywhere. Both of our rooms reeked of cigarettes. The walls had dripping stains from cigarette smoke seeping out of them, The bedding had unknown stains and there was a blood stain on the floor. Bath not clean

I had to switch rooms 3 times because the first two rooms was nasty and had a funny smell
