Room was very dirty coffee machine was dairy. The curtains was so dirty tub, and the sink was very dirty and coming apart needs to be updated

Spa was not working, had to move rooms due to TV broken, hair dryer in new room not working fridge in new room was filthy. Requested a first floor room and told no problem only when I checked in and told I couldn?t have one, staff was friendly on check in
