- Considering how busy they were, the staff was extremely nice.
- The breakfast staff and the front desk clerk were kind. The room was quiet regardless of the numerous of things that needed improvement.

Cons -
- As a rewards member, the room was not what I expected for a Wyndham hotel. It was not very clean and had paint missing from the walls. I had already started showering when I noticed hairs on the wall. The linens were clean, but the duvet was very thin.
- The bathroom door was busted. The room phone didn't work without a static noise. The maintenance man made us uncomfortable. We only felt safe staying in the room the whole time, with the doors locked
