Pros +
- The staff was SO accommodating! Whenever we had a question or a request, they were so friendly while answering or helping us. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area. Oh, my wife would want me to mention that everything was so clean too.
- The clerk at the desk was absolutely accommodating. I had a meeting in 10 minutes that I had to be in and he was very quick getting me into a room. I have traveled a lot and this hotel was the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in in 30 years.
- The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to bring us extra pillows which we appreciated.
Cons -
- The paint on the ceiling in our room was peeling and looked like there had been a repair done that was coming apart
- The hotel does not automatically clean your room. You have to fill out a sheet requesting it every day. Unfortunately, no one told me this so my room was not cleaned the first day. One day I had no soap or tissues.
- Paper thin walls- we were exhausted from a long drive but couldn?t sleep because the family next door had preteen girls who were laughing loudly, talking loudly, running up and down the hallway, but mostly slamming their doors every few minutes
