Good location. Quiet. Room was spacious

No dislikes that I can think of

Location. Big room, quiet, very comfortable bed, good shower, clean.

Pool was closed for maintenance.

Very welcome during check in. Big parking lot. Nice big rooms. Enough day light inside the room. Rooms are quiet. Walmart is near by. Walking distance less than 5 min. Beside a restaurant. A gym to do sport by the end of the day.

Hotel room was not made after first day of stay. Just changing towels. Breakfast is always the same. Staff is switching from one day with folded eggs to sausages and back. Everything else stay always the same. The person (man) who is filling of breakfast, is not very friendly. Very short in speaking. Better stay at home if you don't like your work.

The location was good for where I was going. The staff was friendly.

The bathroom was dirty with little hairs everywhere, the shower didn’t look clean enough to use, there was a mark on the sheets. If I wasn’t in a rush I would have asked for a new room.

The room was pretty clean.

I didn’t like that the bathroom mirror was dirty had not been cleaned. I didn’t like that we were not able to use our Netflix account on the TV. Kind of stuck watching things that we didn’t want to watch. we wanted to use the swimming pool, but it was really nasty. The water was nasty and cloudy. There was trash thrown around just not a good place to swim.

Location was good. Nice that there was a pool although the pool was closed for the first 2 days due to maintenance

The jet tub - should run some bleach through the jets from time to time. They were cakes with "crud" and therefore lost the appeal to even try it.

The location was great

Elevator didn’t work so we had to use the stairs with a baby. They didn’t have cribs for my baby so it was a struggle. No towels at all in the room and when we asked for towels they didn’t give us any big ones. I asked for extra pillows and blankets so I can accommodate by baby but only received a dirty blanket and a sheet, no pillows.

Tony was very helpful and informative about surrounding restaurants and stores for our needs. He's gives fantastic customer service. He did a great job multitasking by checking guests in and making fresh coffee. I would book again at that hotel because of the way he took care of me and my family. The breakfast was fantastic and greatly appreciated. The room was clean and tidy

the downfall was that the hotel had a musky moldy smell on the way to our 306/304 rooms, but the angel was gone by the morning, but that could've been due to the warm breakfast that was being cooked that masked the smell - my guess on the smell is years of guests walking back and forth from the pool to their rooms so maybe an upgrade to laminate flooring instead of the carpet

Location was great.

We were told that hot breakfast was included in our rate, but it was only continental. The price of the room was pretty high for what we received. The people staying above us stomped around until 4am.

our room was atrocious. it smelled like mold in the bathroom and the carpeting was stained everywhere. It looked like it was dirty and smelled like it had never been cleaned. It had stains all over it. The window covering was ripped and had holes in it ( it was a shade) and we were on the first floor so it wasn’t very private. The manager of the hotel, however, was very gracious and came down to inspect the room and agreed with us that it was way below their standards and said he was not going to charge us. Unfortunately there wasn’t another handicapped accessible room available so we had to make the best of it. Also the walls were very thin and we were awakened after midnight by the people in the room next to us arguing.
