The staff and the breakfast.

I'm a smoker, so I'd love a smoking room and I was very upset about the $250 deposit they expect at check-in.

The staff was great and it was very clean.

The breakfast could have been better.

Just about everything: Excellent mattress, attentive staff, clean, renovated rooms, good location, Dennys is a 30-second walk, above avg breakfast...

Not sure why cable tv is not hi def, watched youtube instead

Both TV and remote control were froze A taff said she could fix only in the room. We took the elevator and found the room door was opened and there she was. She didnt wait for us to get to the room first and open the door for her. Poor management.

Deposit billed for no reason. Need to seek a refund. No attendant when checking in. Hallways were disgusting.

Front desk staff was nice and personable. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Dishonesty! I selected this hotel partly because it advertised "Hot breakfast", which is untrue. We were told when we got there that they haven't served hot breakfast in over a year. Also, we had to call to ask for an iron, ironing board.

The fact that they had a pool and Denny's was across the parking lot.

The breakfast was a joke. There was one apple and one orange in the basket at 7:30am. There weren't any tongs to grab the break or pastries and the butter was cold/hard. There was only bagels, bread (white), pastries minus the 2 pieces of fruit and cereal

Unexpected $4-5 charge at check in Had a bad storm and window leaked, but looked like they were in process of reclaiming.

After adding $20 in taxes and fees to the nightly rate, when I arrived at the hotel I had to pay an additional $4.25 "hotel service fee." Very misleading to advertise a price and then require you to pay an additional undisclosed fee when you arrive.

I love the quietness. The elegant feel of atmosphere and the color scheme. It was a very nice hotel.

Staff was so kind and helpful, I had a couple of issues with my room (no fault of theirs) and also ended up extending my stay, so I spoke with them a lot and they genuinely made the experience so great. 10/10 customer service!

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but I obviously wasn't expecting a five star bed!

Freshly replaced towels and bed sheets every day.very kind and professional I will be back, breakfast was great fresh every morning

No there was nothing that I did not like.

I felt very safe there which was important as I was traveling alone. Staff was very friendly. I found toilet seat had broken hinge on one side and they immediately fixed it.

Rooms too small

The full size beds were comfortable and enough pillows provided.

The front desk was rude and dismissive. She spoke to her friend the entire time she checked me in. I had to go find her after waiting 10+ minutes in the lobby with no one at the desk. She charged me twice. Still waiting to see if the dinner charge reverts

Location.

TV remotes didn¿t work even after multiple trips to the desk for batteries, a second remote and printed instructions on how to setup the remotes. Mild inconvenience.

Very clean, good COVID precautions. I was happy to have a vegetarian option for the bagged breakfast.

No - it was good all around.

Breakfast was not hot. Breakfast was in a bag and of poor quality.
