DoubleTree by Hilton Salisbury

Hotel employees were the highlight of my stay, these ladies are so welcoming and charming and were super helpful during check-in. I would 100% come back just for them, they rock!!

Clean room

TV not working. Inside of hotel is under construction.

Room was in state of repair with exposed wires and uncovered grates. Not fully cleaned (hair tie found on floor) and the bathroom door didn't close fully. Nothing about this was warned when booking the hotel

It did smell like weed in the hallways, but not in the rooms so that was good. Also they have their continental breakfast on the 2nd floor, but it?s a bit difficult to find since there?s no sign on the door.

The staff was pleasant

The shower was not clean and found a roach in my room

Pool was not open for kids, restaurant / bar advertised was not open, holes and peeling paint in the walls and ceilings

Was very nice

I wish we had gotten a room with a tub brings we had 2 small kids with us but it was otherwise fine

The room smelled of burned food, and the curtains would not close all the way and there was a substance on the remote that I didn't even touch.

Hotel undergoing renovations to everything. No AC in Bar which is where breakfast is served; hot as hell in there No pool No exercise room No AC in lobby Cable TV not working No phone in room Charge too much for room with no amenities to use

There was nothing to like about this trip. This hotel was horrible. The hotel looks rundown and they had so much construction going on. Rooms had mold on the walls and the curtains were broken.The way this hotel looks the price should be $--- a night.

Close to my Salisbury office.

Hotel under renovations. could only use Wi-Fi and get breakfast. All the other amenities not functional. No Pool, no Exercise room. No AC in breakfast area; parking lot torn up. Construction vehicles parked in guest parking spaces. Curtains torn etc

Front desk staff.

Toilet ran all night, tile floor very slippery. Television on and off.

The location is good.

There were some ants on the mattress and bathroom. After my complaint, they gave me another room which some ants were also found.

Only thing that was good about this hotel was the front desk employee.

Hotel was very dirty. Soon as we walked in the floors were wet and slippery. Infested with ants. Hotel smelled horrible. I couldn¿t even log into wifi.

first room was dirty no towels no sheets or blankets trash in waste baskets moved to another room which was ok except for no warm water for the entire 2 nights they said it would be fixed but never was

The coffee

The room was outdated and the hotel was under construction. No amenities as mentioned such as the pool, bar and lounge. Very disappointed with the overall stay, the curtains in the room were torn, the tub was rusted, toilet was small

Hotel was not as advertised. It was not disclosed it was under renovation. We did not have a phone in our room, not was one brought like we were told would happen when we asked, twice. No pool, no gym. Our room smelled of cigs.

Super friendly

They were renovating so everything was closed no pool no gym ice makers were down on our floor

Location and price plus past experience with La Quinta have been excellent

The couch was stained and desk chair were worn out
