The staff was nice and didn't hesitate to give a refund

Place was horrible smelled like mold, the carpet what disgusting. The whole place needs a total deep clean or just be torn down and start fresh

Ice machine was broken on 2nd floor. No water in the vending machine.

The location was great close to lots of stores and restaurants.

Yes the hotel was not clean at all there was a big bleed stain on the streets and the other room had mold on the bed as well

Bugs in room, dirty stuck bathroom floor, stained sheets, egg whites like hockey pucks, room coffee maker had sludge floating water pour area, rooms outdated and in poor condition

poor breakfast even w/covid restriction, shabby, insects in room, not once during stay was room sweep/cleaned or beds made, coffee maker was broken. Lighting in room was very dim at best, bathroom looked like it had not been updated in past 30+ yrs.

The room was clean and welcoming. The top covers has some old stains, but the fitted sheets, pillow cases and top sheet were nice, clean and white and the bed was very comfortable.

The A/C had a musty oder but we just put air freshner in it and it was fine. Also, there is no elevator (I guess because it is only 2 stories) but my granddaughters were on the 2nd floor and it was difficult for me to take the stairs.

The staff was very friendly and responsive to anything we brought to them. The hotel is well kept and in a good location.

Some things could use attention. Bathroom caulking, woodwork refinishing. But overall, was a good experience.

Place to stay overnight with a warm shower.

Musty smell to the room. Dead insects on the bed. Bed not the most comfortable one I have slept in.

Location was easy to stop and go from.

Dried blood products on the window curtain pull and edge of curtain. Room over sprayed with scent. Room worn and tired. The outer window was smeared with something opaque. Management was informed of the dried blood.

House keeping woke us up @ 830am which was not chk out bugs was in the dryer and my sons headboard neighbors were loud and smoking weed etc etc. Not a good stay...

The location was good. The price was nice. Can't be completely negative. That's not my style.

Poor housekeeping. The staff were rude and didn't seem like they cared. Had to ask for clean towels daily. When you did ask. I was treated rudely. Bed was made once using the same sheets. They made it on the 4th night. Not enough space to write it all!

The only positive thing about this stay was the price.

This hotel was very run down. It was kinda scary and dark. The was blood on the sheets and we would not stay there again.

Carpet and bathroom tub need serious cleaning. Did not Shower.

The lady that checked me in was great.

I got bit by bed bugs&breakfast is from 9-11 am, Saturday we went down to get breakfast about 10 am, and everything was okay. Sunday we went down at 10 am, and the lady closed everything off. Wouldn’t even let us get a yogurt for my TWO YEAR OLD!!

Nothing.....would not stay there again. Rude..... Bathroom sides of toilet had urine all over it Dirty on floor under sink.

Would be nice if you had English speaking people.

Showers were not very clean

It was right down the road from the college.

Dated rooms and was not that clean. Never even tried the breakfast.

There was an event in Cambridge MD and this was as close as we could find at the time

The bathroom light didn't work and wasn't fixed while we were out.
