Clean not one problem easy check in easy transitions I loved my stay

The hotel was in a nice location overall seemed was ok outside the room.

Bedding haad with stain on the sheets pillow case horrible.

Front desk person and other staff

Room was dirty, old shower head, beds were very uncomfortable, smell from chemicals in hallways

Room was clean. TV was great. Beds very comfortable.

The room wasn?t restocked with toilet paper or keurig coffee when it was serviced

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff worked so hard to keep food and drinks stocked. The reception staff was so friendly and helpful.

This was the first time we encountered bed bugs and had to relocate to a different room.

The rooms look renovated. Looks like fresh paint, nice size bathroom and loved the shower size, no tub needed.

It's advertised as a suite, but there is no separate room. It seems like it's called a suite because it has a fridge and sofa sleeper.

Very clean hotel. Breakfast wasn't just a muffin and coffee. It was a full breakfast. Friendly front desk staff.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool. It was for a sleepover for my daughter's birthday. There was nothing on the website indicating that the pool was not usable, and I didn't find out until I checked in with my non-refundable reservation.

I paid the extra $40 to stay here for the pool but the pool was not open due to Covid. However, no one was wearing masks guest or staff and people were not distancing so I don¿t understand the pool being close. Should not be advertised As having a pool.

Easy access to highway and beach

Should get a little better discount if construction is going on during the stay

Maintenance personnel were the only people that offer greetings during the stay

No room service no gym no pool staff not amicable midnight front desk attendant ( young man) unprofessional

Convince to the main road and strip of restaurants

The bathroom was dirty especially in a time of covid-19. I called ahead asking if they can hold my room and was told yes because I was doing a late check in and when I got there they gave away the room. The cleaning crew was rude and loud.

Yes.I booked a double queen bed and when I got to the hotel my room was only 1 king bed.I was highly upset.My family was with me and they didnt have a place to sleep.The hotel was booked solid and the could not accommodate me.

Room was very clean and hotel is dog friendly.

Only thing I did not like was how the staff member at the front desk acted when we left the key in our room by accident. He was kind of wise about it and not very friendly.

There mattress must have been 20 yrs old, I didn't think hotels even had inter-spring mattress any more ,coffee maker was ancient also, coffee cups and drinking cups were the same , I always thought Hampton Inn were a better class of hotel??

The staff here was very kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was good and they had staff on hand to assist and keep things clean and stocked up.

Pool area was a bit slippery but they are supposed to be doing renovations to help with this issue.
