Placed next to breakfast room. Construction workers had an impromptu LOUD party in Spanish. Front desk response was to say they work har and. Should be allowed to blow off some steam. Not right next to the room that I paid for until 10 pm

Room smelled strong of disinfectant; carpet needed cleaned (large stains), room extremely cold, turned fan off during stay, window very cloudy, probably needed replaced. Room price was too high for overnight stay; charge for small dog way to high.

The employees were all very nice. We had problems with the coffee maker and they replaced two of them.

Breakfast was okay but fruit could be nice as another item to have for the cost per day! Change up the hot food, maybe bacon. ¿¿

The window was unlocked which my husband fixed because previous person smoked in there. Smell of cigarettes was still faint. I noticed the next morning. Shower door leaked since it had no seal. Sliding bathroom door was hard to maneuver.

Smoke filled room, no water pressure, smoke detector ripped out, mold, ¿wrinkled¿ sheets as in not clean, soda machines not stocked, shampoo wouldn¿t even lather.

It’s convenient location and we’ve always been able to get a room when we needed it.

There was a sign that said they had a limited breakfast. The next morning, there was no breakfast at all.

I liked the staff and how clean it was.

The rugs are due for cleaning, but other than that, I really like the place. I do have a question though. Why does a king bed for 2 cost more than 2 double beds for two? Are we being penalized for being married?

Refrigerator didn't work in first room, they put me in another and tv remote didn't work unless you were 1 foot from tv.

Relatively quiet for the location

Room was not cleaned and bed not made for at least half the stay and never put the do not disturb sign on knob.

Hotel has been completely renovated. Great outside appearance. Comfortable beds, new bathroom, shower & fixtures. Extra wash clothes which is always a plus. Pleasant staff. Good coffee.

the price of the room and it was located in the middle of the things i was doing for the weekend.

when i stay here over a month ago it was under up grading of painting and still working on it no michine for drinks

The remodel looked great even though it was still being worked on. It was great to have a breakfast that wasn't just cereal and bagels. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly.

My biggest complaint is that the hotel had two vending machines for soda; one was out of order and the other was sold out of everything except water. Nothing major and the hotel was close enough to everything that it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

Rooms were clean. Price was decent.

They were under renovation. They were installing floor in the entrance. There was plastic on the carpet in the hallway upstairs. Had we known before booking the room that they was renovating I would not have stayed there. No cleaning after work done.

They were remodeling so there was cutting and dust and loud music in the lobby. I wasn't notified or aware until I walked in. I was double charged for the room and still haven't gotten a refund. No shampoo, ice had to be asked for at the front desk.
