I had been staying at Quality Inns recently, and never again. Super 8's are usually quite reliable with all the features that I require. This hotel was nice, and the best value in the area.

This experience was overall disappointing. First issue was we were told check in was at 4 pm. Upon arriving at 4 they told us our room was not ready. Our room was not ready until 630. This is unacceptable
