- Staff was great. Everyone we met was very helpful and friendly.
- The staff was as helpful as she could be given the circumstances. Breakfast was okay. The ice machine worked well.
- Convenient for my travels.
Cons -
- The pool was closed. The exercise room was closed. The room could not be unlocked so we were moved to a "suite" that had no refrigerator.
- Staff are nice. Facilities need work. Room had a pungent odor. I got 4 cartons of milk for breakfast one morning and 2 of them were soured...ugh. They were in date, but sour.
- Dirty, not given the room I booked, broken Roll away bed, stained mattress, smoking room, blood on shower curtain, bugs, no pool.
