  • Staff was very friendly. I got locked out due to the battery in my door fob dying, and maintenance was very quick and friendly.
  • Staff was very friendly, gathering area was spacious and welcoming

Cons -

  • Starbucks was not open in the hotel, the rooms were outdated, could¿ve been cleaner.
  • The lobby furniture needs to be updated maybe some new tiles in the bathroom some sprucing up a bit
  • I did not like how there wasn't a continental breakfast, I didn't like how I reserved the shuttle every day like I was supposed to, and they still forgot about me, and I had to walk back from my schoolhouse. Overall they don't care about customers.

This hotel was ok for the price. Its food was very expensive, the service wasn't very reliable, and the cleanliness wasn't that great.
