Sleep Inn Idaho Falls I-15

The managers were smoking in front of the sliding door going outside. They need to back it up. I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke and I found it really classless.

There is nothing special about this hotel. It is outdated.

It is NOT a 2.5 start hotel the way they used to be. The used to be clean and new not 40 years old with no remodel in between. The location is fine. But it's not great. There is nothing really wrong with the hotel it is just outdated and dingy.

Repeated key card problems. Poor location. Mediocre breakfast.

The room was clean, there were two comfortably firm queen beds, easy access to the room from the parking lot, the TV turned on to the channel I was watching when I turned it off, and having a continental breakfast.

My wife didn't like the firm beds and pillows, and thought the bathroom was too small.

It was clean and very quiet. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel doesn’t have an elevator so carting bags up the stairs was a bit much.

The staff were effective efficient caring and the cleanliness very good, except the pool it was green. they did say they would get it cleaned immediately. The breakfast was also decent.

not a 2.5 star hotel. It?s located on hwy 99 with drug addicts staying there. The beds are old, the tv didn?t work, the pool was dirty, every day I had to get my cards redone for room access. 2king room is weird, odd closet, poor looking sink area.

Dirty hotel room. Kiddo found a can of tobacco chew near the bed. Breakfast was not kept stocked at all

Bed and room were comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Three specific interactions with hotel staff were excellent: they were friendly and very quick to respond to our needs.

Hallway carpet was a slightly worn but rooms were in updated excellent condition.

The a/c did not adjust. Thermostat set for 74 and the room was 62. The heater blew air that stunk so bad, all we could do was turn off the a/c and heater.

Beds were nice, loved the comforter & pillowsroom was clean

Very rubbery eggs both boiled and scrambled, dirty stairs on the L side, 3 of our 4 key cards didn't work initially, had to head back to front desk to get them re-keyed, remote to TV didnt work, had to unplug from behind the TV, hard to reach.

It had a good hot breakfast, waffles,eggs,saugage.danish, etc

Confirmed reservation was denied at arrival to motel. Clerk stated there was no confirmed reservation and that there were no rooms available. We had to find another hotel. We were, nonetheless, billed for a one night stay which did not occur.

Great location off I-15, good place for dogs, in a neighborhood with a good area for dog walking.

Staff was super nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Pool was cold and the hot tub was empty

Easy access, pet friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet

The staff was friendly and it has easy freeway access.

We were not aware that the continental breakfast would be replaced by a "to go" bag breakfast until two days into our stay. The hotel says this alert was on their website, but we did not see any mention of it or the renovation going on when we booked.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is right next to the freeway, so there is some noise to deal with. It would have been nice to have a room on the side of the building that wasn¿t facing the freeway.
