- The hotel blames the customers for the broken showers and in my case a stained sheet taking part of my deposit. Checked out received partial deposit back within a few hours they tried to charge me another $50 unauthorized, which was unsuccessful. .
- The pool was closed. I wasn?t aware when booking. I also got sick from my room I got sewer gas poisoning. It was awful I was sick my entire trip
- Woke up with large welted burning bug bites, i alerted the staff who said it was bed bugs, outlets hanging off the wall, pool was closed for inspection. Poor maintenance, Very disappointed.
