Room had bed bugs. Pool felt like ice water, ,(Day manager)showed poor interest in guest concerns or question. She was very unfriendly.
Location was great ¿¿¿¿.. The lake view was beautiful. The hotel offered free parking, WiFi and free breakfast. Staff was friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay here again. Considering the hotel was only rated 2.5 I was quite pleased.
The room was very nice but I thought it could have been cleaner. The floor could have been vacuumed and the shower wall cleaned better. I walk with my own supplies so I automatically clean and disinfect as soon as I enter the room.
Room was super nice and clean. Bed was comfy and towels were nice and clean.

When the pool was not crowded, it was really nice. Also the hot tub was a nice bonus feature.
The room had a musty smell and was very humid. While it wasnâ≢t necessarily dirty, they couldâ≢ve done a better job cleaning it. The ice machine was out of order and while that is a minor inconvenience the free hot breakfast they offer isnâ≢t available
The hotel was nice and quiet. Cleanliness was a plus and the staff person at the front desk was a great help!
