Hampton Inn West Palm Beach-Lake Worth-Turnpike

Location

It’s outdated, dirty and staff is not the friendliest

Location. Staff generally very friendly and helpful

It?s getting little older and outdated. Hallways and rooms need some work- a good refresh with new Carpets, fresh paint, newer furnishings would be a big improvement

Great location, breakfast was clean and plentiful. The front desk manager was outstanding ! Always friendly and offering wonderful restaurant and area attraction suggestions. The breakfast area lady was great too !

Everything was wonderful! The staff was exceptional! We were a very large group and everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms were spotless, the bed was comfortable and the pool was clean and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

It was very clean! Oh, the coffee was delicious! Also, when I requested a clean before leaving for a tennis tournament, she immediately contacted housekeeping to clean and leave a couple extra towels.

I cannot think of anything.

We have stayed here several times. It is convenient to visiting my mother in law. Employee who works at the front desk is extremely nice!

Staff at the front desk was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful. She helped us find a place to go eat and let me know that the surgical center I was going to was really good and people have stayed there and said great things about the center.

Clean and dry. Most Florida hotels feel damp because of the humidity this one did not at all. Great staff, the manager was amazing and the pool was fabulous.

Excellent staff (friendly, helpful) clean room. Easily accessible location

Great location for where I needed to be

The noise from the next-door Florida Turnpike was VERY loud while trying to enjoy the outdoor pool.. while unavoidable, it was very noticeable and not the relaxing experience I would've liked.

The friendliness of the staff. Hotel employee at the front desk was awesome and helpful! The room was clean and the hotel quiet!

It definitely is not visible from the street. If you didnt know it was behind the Dunkin Donuts and 7/11 Convenience store, you miss the turn quickly and have to loop back around. Also the TV setup not so great to have dishTV when the weather is changing

Very clean no bugs great breakfast!

Only one staff member to check you in. So it¿s a little slow.

Clean, quiet, and close to the turnpike Free breakfast was much better than we had expected

Very clean hotel, night shift staff very polite and efficient.

Very cleaned,   the manager so friendly, the room , bathroom, the shower oh my God I love it .

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly

Breakfast was lacking, bit expected with pandemic

The advertised kitchen only had a small refrigerator and microwave. No utensils, plates, etc were provided

The comfortable beds, clean rooms, exceptional breakfast. The pool was wonderful, as well.

The desk staff at night was awesome. Don’t know their names but it was a young man and young lady. The breakfast was awesome. Just a really nice experience.

They didn’t change the sheets at all while we were there. Also they didn’t leave but two wash clothes. The hotel charged us $100.00 extra and said we would get it back if we didn’t use it. Nothing was mentioned about that when the reservation was

close to where we were going.

when I booked the rooms I requested two rooms on the bottom floor. when we arrived the staff told us they did not have rooms on that floor. ending up on the 4th floor.
