Palm Breeze Hotel

It's only a mile from our granddaughters condo, it is affordable, clean and staff are friendly and accommodating.

Hotel employee the front desk agent was awesome. Friendly, respectf and apologetic

1. Not called the Lakeside lodge. Signs have different name 2. AC AND INTERNET AND TV did not work at all. 3. No continental breakfast on 2nd day (no food to put out). 4. There is NO CABANA stye pool area as advertised. 5. Had worms in room/on bed

this hotel picks and chooses who stays. We were denied our stay. Poor management

new management. Pick and choose at my expense. We are 2 seniors who were denied

They were not available to take calls I tried around 6pm to inform them I would be there about 11pm (I rushed and got there by 10:30pm) but they had already closed and I couldnt check in so had to sleep in my car for part of the night. It was very unsafe.

It had a pool

Pretty much everything but the top things: The office was located in one of the hotel rooms, the "double beds" ended up being a full and a twin bed, and the AC unit was full of mold/mildew which contributed to a musty odor inside the room.

Air conditioner was a little loud when going to bed. Could use a little up dating.

Very quiet. Easy parking and access.

the front desk NEVER answered my phone calls, they left a phone number in my email confirmation of a guy named Hugo, when I called him he acted like he had no idea of why would a guest be calling him and he had no phone etiquette whatsoever.

the location is great, the lady at the desk was very nice and helpful.

the a/c stopped working at 7pm, I called the desk then called the overnight maintenance and there was no answer. The room became so humid the tile floors, linens, bed, my luggage and clothing were soaked. The maintenance never returned my call.

The location was close to the beach and interstate, allowing us to get around west palm easily. That¿s it. Everything else was a nightmare.

Showed up at check-in time and had to wait 1hr (sign said ¿back in 30 min¿) for the staff to return from lunch. Room smelled mildewy, roaches everywhere and shower drained slow. Not fun. Wi-Fi signal was bad, the tv was tiny, and the beds were stained bad

The motel was close to shopping and highways.

Stayed 5 nights and never received new towels or anyone to clean at least once. Needed toilet paper and my wife went to office for a roll and gave my wife a hard time. Hard to catch someone in office.

Was 1mile from our granddaughters condo. It was clean and staff was awesome. It had everything we needed. Coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. When we walked into the room it smelled clean. Price was good.

There were a couple of things that could have been updated. There was a curtain covering the closet and a drawer missing from the dresser. These things didn't bother us.

I cant exactly say. Everything has totally exceeded my expectations. Thee pool is nice, rooms are clean and well maintained, its quiet and beautiful, ans close to downtown hotspots. This is a true hidden gem. The staff is awesome and the price is great.

Not one thing.

The location of the hotel was helpful, it was near the areas we needed to be. Coffee in room was above average. Office person was friendly.

Dirty floors. No place to hang towel. This is a lodge not a hotel. You have to ask for clothes hangers. Open access allows for unexpected knocking at 4 am by wandering people. Would have been nice to have someone there 24hrs in office. Or security gaurd

There was a bed

Room and Shower was dirty & odor in the room. When I arrived to check in at 4:30 pm, no Staff on location until 5:30 to check in. Apparently there was a self check in option which I did not know about until just now (1-12-22) in an email I just received.

Easy check-in and check-out.

No hand soap in bathroom. The shower ran as a dribble, and only turned to a heavy dribble when I turned it all the way up. One hanging picture on the wall looked like it was ready to fall. Could not figure out how to work the TV either.

The shower was good.

The price of the rooms are alright but the rooms are not that great. There was a moldy smell in the room.

Not a whole lot.

arrived I was hit surprised with new and unexpected charges. I get to the room and the T.v wasn't working so I went to the front desk to let them know. 20 mins later owner let them selves in with key , no knock or warning. 4 attemps still never got a t.v

Reasonable price

We are senior citizens and they booked a upstairs room. No elevator My husband fell when bringing his bag down.

It was available in high season at a reasonable price.

The room was rather dated. It also had cockroaches. Needs an exterminator.
