Aloft by Marriott Broomfield Denver

Hotel employee, who checked me in was absolutely superb in his hospitality for the rest of the evening. Very welcoming pleasant stay. very clean, upbeat, contemporary hotel. very pleased.

AC not activated.Stafg fixed it at midnight.No cold water,so no shower.

Clean and new. No roaches! That?s the only thing I care about.

Heater and phone were both broken. Staff accidentally really made a big mistake with me. It was unintentional. It worked out okay anyway.

This hotel is always a great place for us to stay, the location is perfect for someone who wants to be close enough to the mountains and close enough to Denver as well. The staff is always kind and accommodating.

It could be a little cleaner, but just minor fixes. And the pillows were so flat, that I couldn't really get comfortable. There was a stain on the sheets as well.

Inviting staff, clean lobby and rooms, nice layout in room. Good parking great location

No microwave in room, shower leaked onto floor, no shelf in shower to put person items, no breakfast option.

Hotel met our needs, they were overbooked, but still found us a room. Also offered to find a room and arrange transportation if needed.

Continental breakfast consisted of microwave breakfast burritos.

Good location, cute decor, parking was awesome.

TV was annoying. Guide didn't work, ability to login to Netflix &/or you tube would be great. Refrigerator was not working. Yes, it was plugged in and yes, I attempted to change the temp. Guest laundry would be great.

I didn¿t like there was a hole in the wall, I also didn¿t like that the hairdryer had to be halfway unplugged to work, it wasn¿t the hairdryer that was the problem but rather the way the outlet had been installed, that¿s not good or safe for a bathroo

The King suite was perfect for our stay and perfect for a couple that would like to have that extra space to spread out. We loved the room. Dry Bar brand is excellent to have as hotel brand!

Room smelled of kitty litter; front desk said NO way to service safe upon check (6:15pm) which was upsetting. Asked me to swipe card to have on file; DID NOT tell me they were charging me $50 more on top of what I paid for the room for no reason!!

The location was ideal for my needs while in the Denver area.

Electrical outlets were not in the best location. The desk did not have a convenient electrical outlet for my laptop. The outlet in the bathroom did not work but was fixed for my second mornings' use.

Love the tall doors, love playing pool. Quite and clean!!!

Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable.

Stayed 2 nights, housekeeping pounded on the door like the SWAT team at 8am both mornings even with "Off the Clock" dorr hanger on my door. Happened last time I stayed there as well. Shampoo smelled as if it were a few different kinds mixed together.

Great pool. Free pool table and games. Great bar with live music.

They did not have anyone clean your room . The only visit from cleaning would be the day after you check out. So basically all your trash had to stay in the trashcan until you checked out.

The room was very quiet and clean, decor was refreshing. Bed was comfortable and linens were breathable fabric (not polyester!!) Lobby was a good hangout spot. Bar was open late and breakfast available for purchase (did not try either)

Kind of isolated suburban location with no businesses walking distance. No exhaust fan in bathroom and impossible to turn on bathroom light at night without flooding the whole room with bright light.

Hotel was modern looking. Bar was attractive. Lounge area and gym are quality. In a good location if traveling to Bloomfield and Westminster.

When checking in there was dog hair all over the floors and the room had a musty animal smell. The spring beds were extremely oversoft and the pillows were flat. Pool was unattractive and directly in the middle of everyone's view entering the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. A recommendation would be the dress code. Staff appearance looked as though they worked at Taco Bell! The dress code does not match the hotel vibe.

I wouldn¿t know if the room was good or bad because you left me stranded. You knowingly double booked the hotel then didn¿t bother to let me know until 10:00 pm. I was traveling ACROSS the country and wound up with NOWHERE to stay. CROOKS!!!

You are crooks. Not only did you double book me but then you had the nerve to keep my money making it impossible to pay for another room. I had reservations for the National Park in Denver and had to cancel due to having to drive another 3.5 hours East.

It is a nice hotel. Not much near the hotel for dining or shopping.

There were other hotel guests who were beyond rude and should have been thrown out of the hotel. Extremely loud in the hall to party multiple times through the night. NOT a restful night in any way!
