Residence Inn by Marriott Boulder Broomfield/Interlocken

From the moment we walked through the front door we were greeted by professional, courteous and kind staff. Cleanliness of indoor/outdoor public areas & individual rooms: A+ Breakfast: A+ Bedding & Toiletries: A+ Value for money: A+ Dog friendly

The only thing that wasn't enjoyable was the abundance of wasps around the tables on the patio area. Unfortunately, this was the case at other restaurants in the area also, so it wasn't anything they were doing wrong. Maybe wasp traps are needed.

Breakfast was amazing

When I checked in, there was no room for us, they had given it to someone else. They sent us 30 miles away to another Mariott. When we got there, there was a problem with my confirmation number. We spent over 30 minutes waiting for a room to be prepare

The location is great. The one bed room we had is very family friendly. The stuff was also really nice.

Layout of room; extremely clean; soundproof room; quality mattress; functional desk; good lighting; walk in shower; ample parking; excellent location; helpful staff; good coffee.

breakfast under COVID 19 restrictions are lacking; there has got to be better options besides a piece of fruit, yogurt and a cereal bar. How about hot individually wrapped breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos or wraps. Maybe bagels and cream cheese.

The location is ok in the flatirons so it's between Denver and Boulder.

$100 pet fee is very high for one night. They called it a cleaning fee but there is no additional things to clean from the pet for one night. Additionally there general cleaning must not be very good as it is because there were bugs in the bathroom.

Room was very nice, clean and modern. Had all the amenities plus. Staff at breakfast was excellent.

Room was not ready on time and check in was hectic. The shower was extra awkward and made water go everywhere.

Rooms were very nice and Broomfield is an incredible area! Some very nice staff members (with a few exceptions) and great service.

For the most part the staff was amazing, but did run into a few front desk girls that made fun of my guest and I for why we were visiting (which was moment of their business anyway).

Its new and very sterile, almost hospital like. Our room could have been cleaner. Hair left from previous guests in the bathroom and not very dusted.

Are sinks were clogged had to call maintenance to unclog them. The night manager I also believe he was head manager was very biased against me and my wife. I don't think we fit the profile of the type of people he wanted there. He came to the room and embarrassed us with supposedly a complaint that he couldn't prove he said we had to take his word on very unprofessional. Will never stay there again. I spent $2,000 there the worst $2,000 ever.
