There was no breakfast although it was advertised as including breakfast. The rooms were worn. No maid service. We checked in at 10 pm and the room wasn’t ready yet.

Filthy, you can not get maid staff to come clean, ground have poop everywhere. I was there for 28 days, had to clean my own room, get items to trash bags, bedding, vaccum. The gm charged us for my dog which they knew about. Maintenance steals your stuff

Bathroom was dirty, tv did not work, pool was falsely advertised , breakfast was cold, poor customer service.

The checkin area and nearby bathroom were so dirty and dingy, we did not stay in this hotel.

The view and nice place

I almost complained but the sink water was super hot.. but the shower on hot was very cold.. didn?t get to enjoy a hot shower..

RUDE staff, elevator broke one day (ADA person couldn't use stairs) turned off water without warning, housekeeping barging in even with do not disturb sign on door. manager unhelpful AWFUL breakfast. This should not be allowed to be a Marriott

I liked that the time they started breakfast was early enough during the week. I liked that you could borrow a crockpot and also that they had decaf coffee sometimes when you asked.

They originally had the hotel setup for ethernet but then even though the plugs were in the wall they were not connected, this would have been nice to know before I booked the room as they could have given me one of the few rooms that still had ethernet.

There was a lot of trash outside the hotel

When they had free breakfast like they advertised and also the ability to borrow a crockpot to cook food.

I didn't like that there was water shutoff certain times and hot water shut off other times and then they canceled the meat for the free breakfasts for at least the last 2 weeks of the trip. Also the ethernet plug-in's for the internet were disconnected.

A lot of damage to various parts of the room. Cabinets, walls, doors, etc. elevator was very sketchy

The mountain view is great. I liked that it was affordable, but nice, so it was a good value.

The GPS location needs to be more accurate. The pan for cooking on the stove was pretty bad, too, though I doubt many use the oven to cook.

Staff was very nice helpful and available. We were able to take our dogs, room was comfortable and clean, great small kitchen, everything we needed.

Queen room was a little small for 3 adults. Can hear mumbled conversations and TVs in the adjoining room. Breakfast was underwhelming. Bath linens were definitely not plush. Nothing to keep us from booking again.

Great staff friendly and accommodating.Clean.Comfortable bed. Has everything you need to make your stay the perfect getaway. Only thing you need bring is your clothes.

Dirty ran down yellow water bugers on wall trash not being taken proper causing rats pills under the bed dirty room. It's a shame because it's a nice place but it's getting over ran by tweakers coupled with very poor management.

The convenience of apartment living and the day staff.

I wasn't fond of the lady who worked nights. She was very rude and had a bad attitude. Also the major police activity and the water line breaking kinda sucked too.

Price and it was quiet

The common area ice machine was still operational during a pandemic
