    Pros +

    • The amenities
    • Room is well sized and the shower has a strong flow. I heard less noise than I have in other hotels and they keep people with pets on a couple of floors so those of us with allergies have a better chance of getting a room that doesn't have allergens.
    • Super clean and comfortable. Was only there for 1 night, but would have been a great place for a longer stay.

    Cons -

    • The restaurant is not the best. Food was more like leftovers and microwaved.
    • The room serving was not consistent - sometimes the coffee and creamers were refilled and sometimes no creamer, no additional cups. Parking can be frustrating.
    • There was green algae growing around the hot tub and the pool area had garbage, dirt and lots of hair on the cement. Hallways desperately needed to be vacuumed. Two towels for a 4 person room and could hear conversations through the bathroom vent

Staff, rooms and location were perfect

You had rented out your convention center to a Nigerian Islam/Muslim party that had almost a hundred people that flooded the lobby had food and trash all over your downstairs bar area and sitting area, loud music with their doors open till 10pm, 0parking

    The cleanliness and location.

Yes, the incidental fees. I needed a room to get out of the heat and the incidentals added up as I needed to extend my stay. I was there 10 days. I was almost turned away for a $50 incidental fee after having paid much more in room charges.

No room microwave. Hotel TV had repeated problem of sound dropping out and other times black screen and no sound for minutes at a time.

    8GilbertPosted on: 5-9-2026

    Convenient off the freeway location.

Very odd lobby configuration that sits above a convention space. Elevators were very dirty, but the hotel as a.whole was clean.

The gal that checked me in

I did not like that I paid for 3 rooms and the first two were very nice, mine was the size of a shoebox, with pretty much only the bed fitting in there. The flooring didn't even meet up to the wall. Just very disappointed with my room.

Staff was incredible. Very nice and professional.

My only issue was the room. The room I was in looked like it had been broke open before. Part of the frame damaged from what looked like having the door kicked in. The furniture in the room had what looked like extensive water damage on the bottom

Looks like they tried to upgrade

Right by the highway, and loud! Asked to be moved when we first checked in, was moved to a tiny room that shouldn’t have been a room, super loud hum from a machine to the point we had to call the front desk and move rooms in the middle of the night

Was concerned after I booked and arrived to see there was a casino on site and it appeared to be taken over from a less desirable chain. Yet, it was great. Clean, quiet, efficient.

Seemed a little dark and dingy, but not unacceptable.

    10JenniferPosted on: 4-28-2025

The rooms are new, well maintained and clean.

I wish they offered free coffee in the lobby.

Sewer smell for the entire stay could net es ape it moved to 3 different rooms still smelled like sewer daily

This hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and it was simply the best hotel stay I have had in many years. There is a nice park for walking, with trails and a playground right across the street.

    10JeffreyPosted on: 3-18-2025

Great location and the rooms are 4 to 4.5 hotel quality even though the hotel is rated a 3.5 making it an amazing value. Rooms are always extremely clean. Staff ared friendly and helpful. The pool, hot tub and gym areas are very nice.

Nothing. This is a great hotel.

The cleanliness of the room, location

Yes, the pool needs some improvement and refurbishing. the outside chairs need cleaning and that area to be cleaned up.

    3CurtisPosted on: 2-22-2025

    Room was clean.

Parking is very imited for such a big hotel. Staff at check in was a snob. Their "king suite" is a joke. It just has a chair with a mini desk. Totally not worth the upgrade I paid for.

    8JenniferPosted on: 10-13-2024

Shower was great - strong water flow and like the walk in style. The bed was very comfortable.

The traffic noise is loud, the in room coffee is not good - appreciate it when there's free coffee in the lobby.

    5Verified guestPosted on: 10-1-2024

    Checkin

The door to room looked like at some point someone had tried to break in with a crowbar. The door was hard to close. Safety issue crossed my mind. The bathroom vanity was damaged and just looked bad.
