Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel

I loved the spacious rooms! the bed was great, the room was more than clean and comfortable!

the parking and long walk into the building are a bit long, but nothing to be done about it.

The hospitality and the food

The pool was really small. I would¿ve rather had a hot tub. There was one elevator pretty much the whole time I was there so elevator wait times were long.

Location and cleanliness

The fact that the pool was closed due to construction, was disappointing. This was a staycation for us, and my kids were very disappointed!

It was beautiful and clean. The room was spacious.

Nice views of the Flatirons front range. I enjoyed the layout of the room I had.

Lobby had a sewage smell. The room was really dark. The office area had one tiny desk lamp. There was odd furniture in the office area. Not very functional.

The hotel is being renovated so parts of it are shut off. It's located in the corporate neighborhood, but it has spectacular views, a great bar with hospitable wait staff. The dining room is lovely and a nice place in the evening.

The layout of the room is ridiculously awkward. The bathroom has two entrances, but no where to dress privately. There are no shelves of places to set your clothing in the actual bathroom/ shower area, just outside the door by the sink (no privacy).

Staff, cleanliness of room was horrible from blood to hair to bed bugs. Had to switch rooms because of it. Treated by staff like trash.

Front desk staff was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were quiet. It made for a good nights rest.

The room was not stocked as expected. No Kleenex, only one coffee cup, couch seem to have stains or was dirty not sure which? We were expecting a hot tub¿ The front desk told us they no longer had a hot tub.

Great staff! We¿d just come from an awful experience at the Fairfield Inn next door (staff was terrible), and just had the best experience. A big misunderstanding around whether breakfast was included (it¿s not!) but the and staff handled like pros!

The location was near the mall and restaurants. It was good location. The staffs was friendly. We like the room very spacious and very clean.

The first night we called the front desk for more blankets and pillows, and it took about 2+ hrs. The blanket was comfortable but very small & not very warm, so the next night we called and asked for another blanket, that just never came at all.

Beautiful hotel and setting. Room was a great size and layout. I was able to work from the desk in the room and the wifi covered my work needs. Staff gave me a late checkout so I could work from there.

The bed was surprisingly hard and uncomfortable. Other hotels in the Marriott family had more comfortable beds.

The room was beautiful and clean

Someone tried entering our room late at night and about 8:30 am. Whoever tried to enter at 8:30 am would have made it all the way in the room had I not latched the lock at the top of the door. It scared me to death!

Comfortable beds, stylish spacious rooms, great mountain views, amazing breakfast, front desk staff so nice and helpful. Warmest pool I've ever swam in at a hotel; it was amazing! I can't wait to come back.

Toilet paper could be softer and would have liked a microwave in the room.
