Great breakfast, spacious bathroom & kitchen

The room was really great (nice kitchen, comfy bed, good seating area), staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

It seemed understaffed (front desk staff were managing multiple responsibilities, housekeeping was sporadic, bar hours were not as posted).

Hotel was perfect location because we were traveling between Boulder and Denver. Staff was so helpful. When I asked if they had GF options they went out back and got me GF muffins at breakfast. Kitchen and room were very spacious!

I though I saw oven in the photos of the kitchen, but the kitchen only had stove and microwave.

The bar was closed because of COVID¿ no bartender!

It was clean, quiet, comfortable, good location and had a kitchen.

I wish there had been housekeeping during our stay

Hotel employee was extremely helpful and very attentive. There was some electrical door problems, she went out of her way to take care of of it. Thank you.

Great kitchen. My room was quiet. Staff at front desk are friendly and helpful.

Needed more drawer space for clothes

I like the style and location of the hotel. The staff was wonderful.

I expected the room to be much cleaner than I found it. The room and furniture smelled like sweat and body odor. The sheets on the bed were dingy, not white, and had visible stains on them. The toilet was not clean and did not have a band on it.

The room was clean, however sheets were old, dingy and brownish and the pillows smelled oily. Since the room had a kitchenette, I suppose the room is used for long term customers.

The size and layout of the room.

Outside of the room size and layout everything is wrong with  this place starting with the wretched woman who works the  front desk in the morning. She is mean and nasty and she is   confused in my opinion. Hotel employee think that she thought that she landed a job as

The helpfulness and kindness of the front desk staff during the day. I appreciate their smiles and kindness.

The night crew that was setting up breakfast was rude and unaccommodating. Thankfully, by the time I came back down at 7:00 the day shift staff was working.

The grab and go breakfast options we limited and on the last day they didn’t have cereal. Cereal is important when traveling with a child.

The rooms, amenities, and staff

Very nice, clean hotel. Love the room layout. One of the nicest hotel rooms I have seen. Nice area. Easy access. Great breakfast options, including omelette bar, gluten free bread, and almond milk. Actual dishes are used also. Would stay here again.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was Excellent!!!

The tv stand had a false door that fell out and was filled with wood shavings and dust.

The suite option is great

First night room was not cleaned o believe . The trash cans still had trash in them and when pulling the sheets back there was pieces of glass of glass found. I told themanagement who then said she would give us a gree night which she lied. Sad sad sad.

Very clean, very accessible, friendly staff.

The only problem was the kitchen did not have any staff for any of the food in the bar or for room service.

Clean and close to my project location. easy to get to.
