Great location. Next to highway.
The bed was uncomfortable but overall very clean. The room didn’t smell dingy. Staff were very friendly.

Check in was fast and easy. Very pleasant staff accommodated my request for a room close to front desk due to my leg injury. Room was big and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was fairly good with some hot items along with the usual continental items.
Since my room was close to front desk and breakfast room there was some noise associated. Not too disturbing though.

Very comfortable beds, large room, excellent lighting and space. Loved the fresh fruit at breakfast and chilled water available all day.

I thought it's a walking distance to Santa Row... not a good idea.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was in close proximity to the mall, fast food, Santana Row and the Winchester house. I forgot a bag of our clothing and they located it and kept it safe until I had a family member retrieve it. ? the breakfast was good too.
It was kind of difficult getting into the room but we managed.
