Price was good. Amenities were not.

Needs immediate attention. I understand renovations have already begun.

Way too noisy.. There was homeless people everywhere. People were selling drugs outside the rooms. There was Cockroaches in the bathroom.I Would never stay here again!!!

It was cheap I guess and no bed bugs in our room just roaches and ants

The roaches and ants and the remote never working the sheets had blood strains and different strains along with hair everywhere even push on the wall embedded.

From the second I got there. There was a problem. He did not give me a receipt. When I got to the room, the TV didn't work and there were roaches, so then he moved me to a different room and the t v still didn't work.Never stay here again

There is nothing to like.

The appearance of the motel used to be very nice. Now it's construction. My tub was very dirty and not working properly. The shower head sprayed EVERYWHERE.The floor was flooded in the bathroom AND room. The Indian guy was very rude to me and yelled at me

Check in times are different from what it says in the website. Also alot of homeless people in the parking lot. People doing drugs on the side of the hotel. People fighting infront of lobby when I arrived. Rude lady at the lobby area.

The price point

The maintenance of the hotel, the room door was broken, unable to read the card easily, and the lack of cleanliness damaged walls and doors.

Location

Not enough towels for 2. Kleenex holder empty. Dirty grounds at the hotel, trash everywhere outside.

Nothing! They tried to give me a room with a broken window she said it was okay because it was double paned! Sketchy people in the parking area smoking marijuana and playing loud music! I only stayed because of the no refund policy! I won¿t be back!

Lots it¿s not enough room to tell it all! It is in a severe state of disrepair! I had to have my keycard switched several times because the door was not reading it, the carpets are tripping hazards with holes that they have taped down! No security!

I was told "Cash only" when I attempted to give the front desk a second credit card after swiping my card. I was given several contradictory reasons for credit cards being refused. The room key didn't work after the initial entry and had to be reset.

I never got in they wanted me to pay cash

The man on duty was not professional no customer service skills

3 separate times I reserved a disabled room & when I got there I didn't have one. They didn't so much as put a plastic seat in the shower for me. Also, the place had quite a few roaches. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The bath sink faucet handle was aways coming off, the shower head was cracked and not working good. The queen side bed was very old and very uncomfortable too. And the house keeping service was ver bad and they were always short with our clean towels.

My room was a disabled access room & it was easy to get my mobility scooter situated. Also, the tv & tv station selection was very good.

There was one male employee in the office that wasn't very knowledgeable or very friendly/nice. The lady who works the day shift I found to be very nice.

The price. I guess you get what you pay for. The staff at front desk and cleaning service all seems nice.

I¿m not sure if it was bought & in works of being fixed up but it was the nastiest/old hotel I¿ve ever been it. The rooms were very worn, no shower head, cabinets all torn up. The outside was gross, dirty tons of homeless in hotel and around. Very gross

Hotel was clean quiet on the side that I got.

The bed is very old the springs were stabbing me in the back overall everything else was okay they do need to add more channels other than Spanish and a few sports and news channels that they did have a movie channel would have been great

It had a refrigerator and microwave plus it was close to food locations

No coffee pot like the used to have

everything was fine just a snail it was penetrating carpet was really dirty curtains smell like smoke and stuff was really rude location is perfect maybe next time will be better expense thank you

like I said I only like the location the parking of the facility was really good

My room was not cleaned adequately and the lampshade along with the cover for the smoke detector were both laying on the bed when I arrived. There were cigarette ashes on the floor which indicated it had not been properly cleaned and/or vacuumed. All Bad.

many homeless people live in this hotel, a lot of noise in this hotel, the room is non-smoking but there is a very strong cigarette smell in room 206 and the shower makes a terrible noise when turning on. Save your money and keep out this Madhouse
