Old and dingy, the hotel is housing guests from a local rehab program, dirty and noisy Did not feel safe, no hot water, beds were super small. Property is very outdated. Security gates were left propped open. Unattended children ran around.

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful. The breakfast, including an omelet prepared right in front of you, was the best on our trip from Morgan Hill, California to Ormond Beach, Florida.
