- The staff was great! From employee at the front desk to the folks in the dining area! We always appreciate great customer care!!!
- The hotel staff was incredibly helpful. The breakfast, including an omelet prepared right in front of you, was the best on our trip from Morgan Hill, California to Ormond Beach, Florida.
- The staff from the front desk to the restaraunt, all were very friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- Old and dingy, the hotel is housing guests from a local rehab program, dirty and noisy Did not feel safe, no hot water, beds were super small. Property is very outdated. Security gates were left propped open. Unattended children ran around.
- While the location of the hotel met our needs in terms of vicinity to the airport and venue of the wedding we came to town to attend¿the hotel is right next door to a very busy car wash and our room butted up right to it. Not the quietest location!
- There is not a thing we didn't like about the hotel. I would recommend stationing luggage carts in the rear area. It is quite a walk.
